Very good service. I bought at least 9 books from them. The last one I bought was two weeks ago and it wasn't in stock it said normally delivered within 1-2 weeks. So I took a risk and ordered as a Christmas gift for my husband. So to make sure I get this book on time they upgraded my delivery to express. And now the book is all wrapped up under the Christmas tree. Very happy!

I bought a book from them and despite problems with standard shipping within the European Union the package arrived much earlier than expected at no additional cost. Excellent service. I hope that in the future I will be able to confirm this first excellent impression.

I have dealt with the NHBS on numerous occasions and I must say the costumer service is amazing and the workmanship of their products (in my case plankton nets) is exceptional. Delivery has also been very quick despite me being located half way around the world!
