Our preference as a traveller's rest. Friendly professional staff. Great service. You can book breakfast and evening meal. An alternative is the pub next door. Great location on roundabout into King's Lynn or to the coast.

We held a family party at 'The Barn' at Knights Hill Hotel and Spa.
Good support from the Events team throughout the process. Venue was lovely - easy to see why its popular for weddings - and staff were friendly and helpful. Set-up was as requested, and it was easy to access the venue to decorate and for our DJ and musician to set-up also. Buffet exceeded our expectations and we were able to provide our own muffins for dessert.
Package was reasonably priced and I would consider using the venue again for future events.
We did stay at the hotel, along with many of our guests. We had adjoining rooms which suited our needs (there was a kitchenette that looked well stocked but we didn't use). Clean and well-presented throughout. Lovely breakfast.

Just attended a wedding reception here tonight, although I've been before and never had a bad experience I'd never seen the other parts of the building. It was a lovely kind of barn look inside with plenty of room for the event. The bar area is a good size and the staff were friendly. Would recommend 👌

Great hotel with separate spa leisure centre. The best location for exploring north Norfolk and especially King's Lynn, Sandringham, Hunstanton or Cromer. Old buildings but well maintained. Tidy and clean. Friendly staff and excellent service. A full English breakfast is good. Diner and afternoon tea options. Free parking. Individual WiFi and smart TV, so you can cast whatever you want. The spa is located in a different building. It's a bit uncomfortable.
Great value, we will come back.

Sunday carvery seems very much improved lately. Not the cheapest in the area, but very nice, good choice of vegetables and meat. Excellent! we'll, definitely be back

We went on a special, one night break, which allowed us to use the pool and spa facilities. Very good value as we had a 3 course evening meal and breakfast. Excellent choice of food. Everywhere immaculately clean and service was extremely good.

We had food in the eatery. The food was moderately priced but when it came out we were very surprised. The food was lovely. We had crispy chicken strips. There was plenty and it was very well cooked and all 8 plates were totally emptied by us. The kids had fishfinger meals which they enjoyed too with a pudding. I enjoy a pudding but I was adequately full from my meal. Would definitely stop by again to eat if in the area. Well done. Pleasant staff too. Cheers 🍻 👏

We used the Farmers pub as we need a meal prior to a concert at Sandingham.Plenty of parking, there was a group playing boules beside the entry road which is quaint but fun to watch. My son and friend had the £12.50 carvery, I had the blues and bacon meal. All food was very tasty and my meal turned up quickly and was hot. Staff were very helpful and friendly and thanked as we left. A great day out in many ways.

Actually only visited The Farmer's Arms, but we were delighted with our Chef's specials at lunchtime. We hadn't booked, so ate in the bar. Roomy, good service, and delicious meals.

We booked a pamper package and we weren't disappointed. We checked in and used the spa facilities - swimming pool and steam rooms. Followed by a meal at the Farmers Arms, which was delicious. The room was very spacious and we both slept really well. The en-suite included both a bath and a shower, the shower was great. Breakfast was lovely. So much to choose from, but we both had a full English. We then went and had an afternoon in the spa. All the treatments were amazing. I really can't fault any of it! The staff were all really friendly and very helpful. The staff in the spa were very good and we both came away feeling very relaxed. Will definitely be going back!!

The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and plentiful.

Myself, partner and infant son enjoyed a stay at Knights Hill Hotel and Spa just before Christmas whilst visiting family in King's Lynn. We had such a lovely experience with an amazing sized room, which was slightly dated in terms of decor but the views of the garden and super comfy bed made up for that. The breakfast included was delicious and plentiful with vast options to cater for all dietary requirements. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful too which just added to our lovely time and experience throughout our stay. Only downside was that the spa was fully booked so we couldn't get any treatments unfortunately however, we have noted to book ahead next time to avoid disappointment. We decided to book the day after New Years as we enjoyed the hotel so much! Look forward to coming back again soon.
