Asda South Wootton Supermarket

Good all round supermarket, I would suggest going early Friday or weekends as the meat goes quick

Very easy to access, we can do shopping and filling fuel for our vehicles, also there is a facility to check the tyre pressure.

I never go into the store, but my online orders are picked from here and I wanted to do a review because the drivers who come to my house are the best. So helpful, so friendly and always give my dog a cuddle and make the drop off process as easy as possible - especially helpful as I have a toddler. Thank you!

Good store with a wide range if products. A lot more expensive to shop here than it was in the past, so not as price leading as it used to be.

I went shopping asda on Wootton road yesterday 24/06/23 in the afternoon. I lost my car key. At that time I thought I locked it in the boot of the car. The lady behind the lotto counter was amazing. She gave me tissue for my arm as it was bleeding due to the sun. Alshe asked another colleague if he could help me. We tried everything but couldn't open the boot. Nut these wonderful ppl didn't need to be as helpful as they were the just did it. Two employees who needs a pay rise is these two. Totally amazing.

Small store but well stocked ...friendly helpful staff

I would like to share with you my experience so here goes I am disabled and my partner and I aftershopping at this store my partner loaded the shopping in the boot of my car I couldn't believe it my car was dead could not get it to start I was devastated I didn't have my insurance details with me which is in my phone so I am really stressed out now We would have to call a taxi and hope they allowed dog's we tried to get taxi but was told it would be at least 50 minutes wait it couldn't be any worse I thought Well it was I had frozen food and it takes over 30 mins by car to Little Walsingham Stressed out to the max My partner now also stressed then out of the blue decided to chat to this lovely lady (SARAH ) who just happened to be very friendly asked would I like to try her jump leads and she went and asked her manager if that was ok and she drove her car over to mine within a minute my car started up my battery was the problem I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently this shop assistant not only was pleasantly happy with her job and a bubbly well mannered lady smiled and said glad I could be helpful and off she went Wow. .......
So if ASDA was to reward the best shop assistant with there store then this lady (SARAH ) would win hands down I hope this company recognises these exceptional valued staff My partner offered a cash amount to this lady and refused to accept it. surely I as your customer can give a reward to the lady who is my saviour. .....my partner just happened to witness how this ladies manager just wasn't interested in this and did not so much has smile well thank you Sarah you are 1 in a million darlin I am hoping that your top bosses read this and give you promotion my love 😤😤😇😇😇😇😇😇😇✋xx

I feel I must just say how friendly helpful and courtiers the staff in Asda are they are always so kind and helpful nothing is to much trouble for them you would never get the same service in any other supermarket The store is well stocked out and you can always find a bargain to be had in Asda Three cheers for all the staff at Asda you are simply the best
