Staff all really friendly and helpful! Really warm and cosy environment. Food seems home made and absolutely beautifully presented and delicious.
Absolutely huge bit of fish and the beef pie was stuffed with meat!
Only thing I found disappointing was the crumble, it tasted lovely but was very very oily! I assume from the butter within the crumble after heating had melted.
Will definitely be back again and thoroughly recommend stopping in for a hot meal though.

Great Sunday Lunch. Took my mum here for Mother's Day and we sat in front of the electric log burner, which felt very cosy. Good value for money and a lovely selection of cakes and baked goods. Would recommend.

Lovely cozy tea rooms situated in the historic village of Castle Rising. People normally say Norfolk is flat, well not this part!!!! The tea rooms offer exceptional quality food and drinks. All home made. In the summer it's lovely to sit outside and have a coffee/tea and a cake right through to a full roast dinner. All in all a lovely little hidden gem of a place! Update 09/03/24. The outside garden is being updated so seating was reduced. Still lovely to sit outside in the spring sunshine. Once the outside is upgraded this will be even nicer!!!

Stopped off here whilst driving to Sheringham to visit the castle and have lunch. Nice hidden place with a cozy feel. We sat outside as the weather was fine and ordered 2 Sausage Sandwiches with a pot of tea for 2 which came out after 10 minutes. Serving staff were friendly, food was tasty and filling and we had a really nice lunch. Seemed good value for money.

I loved the smell and taste of the cheese in the ham and cheese sandwich. It serves with tomato which tasted so organic as well.

The outdoor seats are nice specially on a sunny day. I would recommend here for a quick bite if you’re visiting Castle Rising castle.

A little gem of a tearoom in the middle of Castle Rising. The food was generous in portion size and tasted amazing. We ordered scones and when it arrived it was the size of a rock cake. Food was clearly homemade and had a nice selection of options for all. Staff were friendly and the place generally had a warm inviting atmosphere with a seating area outside for sunny days too.

Last minute visit, was able to get seating upstairs. Place busy. Several options available. Food good.

Lovely tea room with a perfect sun trap of a garden.

The oreo chocolate cake was moist and tasty, though my coffee was a touch bitter and a bit too hot but otherwise fine.

One of the cutest most picturesque tearooms I've even seen! This is set in a beautiful little house which is covered in flowers, vines and trees. We had a gluten free afternoon tea on one of the benches in the garden. It wasn't too busy and there was plenty of space inside and outside. Definitely recommend a visit, just be mindful that the bees do gravitate towards the open jars of jam in the summertime

Great tea room with homemade teas and tasty lunches. I had a yummy ploughman's. It also has a super garden for warmer times.

Walkable distance from Castle Rising itself, this is a nice and cosy tea room. It does serve more than just tea and cakes though! We enjoyed some lovely food, decently priced and very generous servings.

Friendly staff, very quick service and very nice countryside stylings. Recommended!

Lovely tearooms, stopped for a bacon sandwich and a coffee after walking my dog and visiting the castle. Both very good and good value. Nice sheltered garden to sit in with the dog.

Lovely lunch. Gets busy in high season but lovely and quiet for locals at this time of year.

A slendid country cafe...lots of room inside and out....service excellent...some dressing for the side salads with sandwhiches would make it super-perfect.
