Loved the quirkiness of yhis cosy villiage teashop. High quality means it can never be the cheapest but it still offers value for money. Great barista coffee and tbe cheese scones were excellent. Small snug area at the back of the shop has log burner and books. Great atmosphere. No toilets but the villiage ones are very close and free of charge.

One of the best places in the village. The food is truly so good; the tartines and cakes especially. And the coffee is equally as amazing. This is the perfect spot to grab breakfast before a walk, or some lunch after, or a cozy welcoming place to meet a friend for a coffee.

The owners and staff are all very friendly, and the environment is extremely cozy and welcoming.

I’ve been here a million times and will come a million more.

Would highly recommend if you're in the area. Great menu, lots of fresh cake on the counter. Including plenty of gluten-free cake options and gluten-free bread. Seating inside and out.
No toilets in the cafe itself, but there are public toilets a short walk down the hill.

Lovely coffee shop, had coffee and cake outside in nice sitting area. Did 6 mile walk and ended up having a drink and lunch in the back snug room which is absolutely spot on.

Superb! Loved it. Busy, popular, dog friendly café with lovely staff and mighty fine food. Quirky, colourful interior with great decor and a magnificent, handpainted mural - someone here has a very good, discerning, arty eye for style and putting a look together. Gorgeous, healthy looking, vibrant plants; divine pottery ceramics and I loved the glasses too. Very good taste! It is so attractive and welcoming on the outside and it carries on within. Has outdoor seating to the front. No loos, but there is a loo a short hop away. Spoilt for choice with cakes and biccies, I bought a slice of raspberry and chocolate cake to have later. I had a pot of green tea and a Fentimans ginger beer. To eat, I had the goats cheese, heritage tomatoes and pesto potatoes. It came beautifully presented and was both filling and tasty. Highly recommended - what a great place!

Stunning raspberry and orange cake washed down with a fantastic cappuccino. Friendly and welcoming. The snug with the real fire must be amazing in winter.

Absolutely delicious Orange and Raspberry cake, made by the very nice lady owner. My husband had the bread pudding warmed with clotted cream. He said it was the best. Dog friendly, too.

Fantastic coffee stop. Staff really friendly and welcoming. We sat outside (the weather was great) because we had our lively labrador with us. Delicious sandwiches and coffee for lunch. Lovely homemade cake which we couldn't eat at the time but took with us for afternoon tea at our rented cottage.
Well worth the visit and will probably be there again on our way home.
Thank you.

Called in for breakfast before a motorcycle ride over the nearby Moors. Hand an excellent breakfast served on sourdough toast. All the ingredients seemed to be of very good quality. Also enjoyed a good strong americano coffee.
Lovely chatty ladies behind the counter, all in all a thoroughly good experience

Our local cafe is a welcoming place to relax, have a coffee and a delicious cake, or something from the interesting and changing menu. The chef comes from a Michelin-star restaurant.
The cafe has seating at the front, a comfortable area inside and a lovely snug.
The owners and staff do everything they can to make customers feel welcomed and looked after.
Don't miss!
