Nice store with plenty of stock and some brilliant offers. Got plenty of frozen and fresh food. Think we will be shopping here more often. Lady who served us was very helpful, very professional but friendly too. Made us laugh which is always a bonus when shopping

Clean, well stocked store, everything is easy to find. Staff are friendly, helpful and always around. Enough tills are always open and checkout is efficient. Trolleys don't require any deposit to use and are conveniently lined up just outside the store, and there is never a shortage. I shop here all the time for top up grocery top ups or mid month shopping, but I could also easily do a big grocery shop here. Would recommend!

Really good service... great prices.
Friendly staff, they warned us that the tills automatically switch off at 4pm pm Sunday so don't be caught halfway through your shopping.

First time I've been in the shop as I've recently acquired a very large freezer. Really good things, well stocked and well organised. Didn't realise they did so much non frozen produce, got all my shopping. Will definitely go again.

Iceland Foods is located on the Princes Gate Shopping Park where there is more than ample parking spaces including disabled spaces Iceland has wheel chair access ,the shop has reasonably wide isles with the usual staggering selection of frozen food if you can't find what you want from here then it probably doesn't exist you can also purchase dairy products and tinned food

We called in last Sunday my wife went in i stayed in car. She got everything she wanted. said the staff where very helpful and could not do enough for you. Thank you to all the staff in a very difficult time.

They opened between 10-12 today just for us oldies, the staff were brilliant and most helpful asking if you required any of the items that are in short supply, the turned up with a limited amount per customer, excellent!!!

Iceland is great anyway isn't...anywhere...I dont like the queuing..til system in my local one.. but love the stuff...its history..n the fact its so diverse on it products..as always.

Good choice of food. Friendly staff. Nice clean store. Easy parking and at the moment it's 10% off for NHS and emergency services. Happy days.
