I'm just starting to get my shotgun licence. Had a great afternoon looking at this fantastic setup with my sons.The choice of guns is great and the friendly advice was invaluable . I will be getting my first gun from here when my licence arrives. Can't wait 👍

I recently purchased a shotgun, advertised on Guntrader, from from Gilsans. Craig, the manager, dealt very efficiently with the sale. There were some unforseen issues but they were dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. A purchase by mail order is always a leap of faith and I found Gilsans and Craig to be knowledgable, helpful and, above all, honest throughout the transaction. Very good service, thank you.

I’ve bought 3 rifles and a thermal monocular through Craig at gilsans and had very good service always very helpful. Recently bought a hikmicro 4k lrf through Craig aswell which I’m getting good results with.

Bought a pistol through Gilsans seen on Guntrader. Simon was very helpful and friendly. Transferred foc to local store. Very happy 😊

Gilsans are my local outdoor sports retailer, which is great for me because they are a friendly, knowledgeable group of people, who genuinely have the best customer service I've experienced. I've purchased cartridges and clothing from them over the last year or so, but recently they've been helping get my shotgun repaired by the manufacturer (a gun they didn't sell) - and have been so ridiculously helpful, it's redefined my concept of customer care. After trying several guns while mine is off being fixed, this has continued with them helping me today with the purchase of a shotgun from them - I'll not go into details, but, suffice to say, I'm confident no other dealer would have sorted out this gun, even if they could have. Exceptional customer care, genuinely lovely staff. Sincere thanks to Simon, Lewis, Craig, Mags, and the four-legged welcoming committee. I recommend this store wholeheartedly.

I have used Gilsan’s for storage of firearms in between a house sale and purchase and to regularly supply game and clay cartridges, and rifle cartridges. I found their service to be excellent, they were very fair to deal with and provided extremely good customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody - great people and great stock.

Had the pleasure in dealing with Simon at Melsonby today for the first time. I traded in & took a gun in return. Very fair prices both ways with great advice. I can't recommend Gilsans high enough. More than a 5 star experience.

Went to collect a gun I had reserved and met Simon he spent time explaining things. Nothing was too much trouble.

Brilliant customer service. I rang to check if they had a particular wellington boot in for my Husband and unfortunately they were out of stock, the Lady took my number and rang me back very quickly to let me know she had ordered some for us. True to the word I then got a call to say they were in and my Husband went in and collected them. Excellent quality and fantastic price. Could not fault this store and Thank you so much especially given the times we are in.

Called in on the chance of finding my daughter her first shotgun. Staff were extremely helpful but didn't have the gun I wanted but on checking another store, there was one there which they held for us. Ended up buying another one for myself too. Highly recommend these guys to others.

Bought a gun for my daughter from the Gun show at Stoneleigh,rang the Richmond shop to ask for a little advise.
Just as they were at the show,fabulous helpful jovial characters.
Could not recommend them strongly enough,prices excellent,service first class.

Truly superb Customer Service from Gilsans. Visited on Saturday and they couldn't have been more helpful, I wish there was a Gilsans closer to me in the South East, highly recommended, 5 stars is not enough.
