Direct Pets Team Valley

This is a great place to go for pet supplies. I've been looking for a new harness for Sam for a while now & as we have Rosie now I thought I'd pull my finger out. I've been going to P's@Home but they're range is always sooo limited so I decided to look for other options and found this place so had a run along.
Staff were amazing, very friendly and super helpful. I was assisted with fitting of two new harnesses, firstly I was shown they're range, loads of choice, next the assistant selected a few sizes from each type of harness and put them on unitl we found the correct fit, this was great, I would have struggled on my own.
Prices were extremely reasonable and we are more than happy with our purchases, we will be back.
They sell pet food, toys and loads of other stuff too, if your looking for pet supplies I'd give them a go, oh did I mention how helpful they were 😁

Absolutely amazing experience. Staff are awesome with the animal. We got our 4 kitted out with coats, harnesses and collars. Nothing was a problem. Definitely will be returning

I love taking my dog here, The staff are absolutely brilliant, so helpful and my dog loves getting the different tails they do. Would definitely recommend anyone checking this place out and it's not high priced like most places are.

Advised me on chews. Even listened to my problems with toilet training.

Pop in for treats every other month for my Springer Spaniel as they’re the best quality with a fantastic selection. He’s been fitted twice now for harnesses here - absolutely amazing service. Staff always going above and beyond and are the friendliest people you’ll meet! Fab selection of pretty much everything at great prices too, don’t go anywhere else now!

Friendly staff with a wide range of treats and food for my doggy. She loves going there to have a sniff around. Also a very good selection of harnesses, collars, coats and an engraver machine for their tags.

Following an unexpected, VERY short groom (we seriously need to up our groom game apparently), he needed a fleece and waterproof warm coat desperately. After they'd recovered from the shock/amusement of his bobble head appearance, they set about finding what we needed. He was really stressed and they were absolutely brilliant with him. So patient and forgiving of the mouthing as things progressed. He's currently asleep in his fleece seemingly at peace with his general level of nakedness. Thank you so much for looking after us, you were tremendous!

Bought dry cat food from here Lucy & Jacks as one of my three cats has a few stomach issues and needs good quality food!
We’ve had this less than a month and what a difference he’s no longer throwing up after every meal- only fur balls now like a normal cat!
Definitely recommend this food & it’s very reasonable in price too! ☺

I find the staff very helpfull, they always have what my cat seems to want and I find them a little cheaper than other pet stores.

My dog is allergic to grain, Direct pets have a wide range of grain free dry food my dog loves it. All shop assistants are very friendly and helpful...highly recommended!!

Great selection of toys and food/snacks for dogs and cats, the staff are amazing and well help you as much as possible. They cater for other animals and also have a good selection of coats for dogs.
