Sometimes food ok staff terriable to many young kids working there.. if order take out food always cold!!!

Always get what u expect great taste great service n relaxing time to enjoy

Just a very well-run branch, excellent staff and usual decent food.

Had good lunch with grandkids plus all the staff helpful and friendly

Google keeps asking me to review McDonald's, but personally, I try to avoid it! 😄

Mainly because, McDonald's are all pretty much the same. I've lost count of the amount of McDonald's I've had food from around the country, and no one particular one is any different 🤷‍♂

I've waited ages for food when they are busy, I've had cold food, wrong food, missing food, and coffees that are half full at multiple McDonald's. At the end of the day, they are a fast food outlet, and if anything is wrong, I take it back and get another. These places never change, so my expectations are low. Check your food before you drive off or walk off, and if you're not happy, get it replaced.

5 stars as they meet my expectations.

Visited Ashington to view a vehicle at a nearby showroom. Sadly the town is somewhat run down and investment seems to have escaped this place. McDonalds offered a quick meal before our return. BOY this place is busy.
A wonderful member of staff came out to talk about our wonderful Dachshund bot 'Charlie' super friendly and knowledgeable about these wonderful pets.
Food was fresh and hot and tasted like a McDonalds usually does...

Been to many mcdonalds, they are fast and food is good, service is just as satisfactory, it a good place to eat

I have already rang the ashington restaurant regaurding crew member Jordan who was out front , he was so helpful and kept everywhere tidy in what was a very busy period . Above and beyond
I always enjoy my mcchicken sandwich as today didn't disappoint.

Great value meals quick and easy. Today, Saturday lunchtime, was very busy but our order was delivered to our table in about 10 minutes.

Hugely busy at around 4 to 5 pm; queues already for drive thru when we arrived and by the time we left, cars were queuing down the street. We had a large order by table service and staff were cheerful, caring, and apologised for our wait even though it was obvious they were already pulling out all the stops. Everywhere was clean and the nuggets, chips etc were top notch. Don't be put off by the way this McDonald's sits down a back road of the enterprise park; be and enjoy exactly what you expect from a McDonald's from a team that pulls together and looks after customers smoothly!

Drive threw always friendly service quick getting ya food and delicious my sons fav place great place to call too after work more so on a Friday night 🌙 and u just want to chill

Friendly polite staff food was fresh and hot long queue through drive-through but moved quickly

One of the nicest McDonald’s I’ve been to and McFlurrys were available and not sloppy which makes a change from the usual I get from the Bishop Auckland restaurant that McDonald’s have. Service was super quick even though we ordered amended items and the food was hot. Really is an excellent example of a McDonald’s that’s run properly.

Absolutely awesome food

Always love the food there, one of my favourite places to get something to eat or drink. I hope they bring back their frappuccinos soon as those are my favourite. The price is affordable too.

Loved it funny watching all the young people being ejected... reminded me of when I was young and had nowhere to hang out... so we would go up woods and do drugs instead. At least these kids were pleasant not blitzed a d didn't argue even tho they we repeatedly thrown out and from my view for no reason.... poor kids...I'm my day we wouldn't have been bullied and intimidated we would have set our lip up until pigs came

Had a great greating from Leytonia when I ordered food. She waiting until I finished speaking and was always smiling! Fantastic response from the manager when I went up the second time for some sauce. The good was really quick and over all really enjoyed it.

Fairly quick but busy drive through. Standard McDonald fare. Drivers ought to approach from East in order to simplify conflict from traffic turning into drive through.

Standard fare, good coffee, easy access for wheelchair users and ample parking. Always seems clean, 8 out of 10 as far as McDonald's go.
