5 stars for this quaint and quirky tea room are not enough,I would happily give Micahs 10 stars. The range of food and beverages is amazing and changing regularly to keep everything fresh. Chef Deborah is a true magician of her art, the food here never fails to impress, gluten free items are available and clearly marked. The always cheerful staff are happy to answer any questions. But ONE BIG PLUS, this is a dog friendly cafe with a court yard seating area, and water bowls on hand for their 4 legged guests. Quite simply, what is there not to like about Micahs??.....NOTHING

Whst a little gem, discovered by accident but well worth finding...the best cheese scone and lentil soup. Lovely service and quaint and pretty little place...all in a townhouse backyard..❤

What a lovely place. Popped in today with my little dog for a cup of tea and scone. Sat in a really cute and quirky private garden. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service and lovely food. Its a few seconds away from the main street hustle and bustle. Little hidden gem which I will definitely be returning to

Fascinating little characterful cafe, just off the town centre, full of interesting 'stuff'. When busy it will be a squeeze. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There is a sweet, comfortable, sheltered courtyard at the back. Nice selection on the menu but can't comment on the food. We only popped in for a cuppa.

What a wonderful find.
Lovely staff, excellent coffee and jolly nice scones. The outside seating has to be seen to be believed.
Very dog friendly.

Warm welcome from the proprietor and guided around to the rear of the property to allow us to have snacks with our dog. A lot of time and effort to make the area a welcoming site dog friendly and of course in the colder conditions, us dog owners as well. Comfy seats, under cover by virtue of a marquee, and throws to cover cold ankles and knees. Keenly priced food and drink an added attraction. Highly recommend.

My fiancé and I visited the tea room after me having talked to him about it for years. It is as always an incredibly visit. The tearoom itself is super cute and vintage looking and very cosy. The food is amazing and they’ve actually increased the options available since I was last in but everything was fresh and tasty.

I ordered a hot chocolate with a fruit scone with jam and cream and they were unreal! My fiancée ordered a tuna jacket potato and for dessert/drink a banana milkshake and he was blown away. He said the food was delicious and despite not normally being a big fan of the side salads that come with jacket potatoes that theirs was the freshest he’s ever had, he wishes ever salad he would eat would be like that.

The staff are the loveliest people who make you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door. Always happy to see you and making jokes.

I’m so glad I was finally able to show my fiancé how wonderful this place truly is, if you’re visiting Morpeth make sure you find time to pop in, you’ll love it!

My husband and I have visited Micah's a number of times now. It's the only place in Morpeth we will go to for lunch. A warm welcome from friendly staff and a great selection of food to choose from. You can't go wrong, always delicious. Olde world decor and a lovely outside covered seating area for those with dogs (blankets provided) it's a big recommend from us!
