Couldn't have been better. Driver was so accommodating with drop-off & waiting throughout the day. Minibus was immaculate and really comfortable.
Getting the last minute upgrade to accommodate a friend's bike was a bonus. Everything the team did really helped to make my husband's 60th a really special day. Everyone in the group keen to arrange another day out as such good value and so much nicer to travel together rather than in taxis. Thank you Empress!

Steve helped make our day perfect! We hired Steve's vintage coach for our wedding party and the bridesmaids, flower girls and page boys LOVED the drive to the wedding venue! I couldn't have asked for more from Steve. He was fantastic beforehand, thinking of everything from the route to accessing the drive of the place we were staying. His communication was fantastic and as a Bride this is what you need! He ensured everything flowed smoothly. He was wonderful on the day and we are so lucky we found Empress Coaches! Thank you Steve! Steve and his team was amazing we got the 1967 Bedford plaxton they was amazing the amount of times I rang to confirm things and sort out things would have annoyed anyone but they never got annoyed at us and on the day when we was running slightly behind due to photos after the ceremony Steve rang our venue to give the heads up that we was running slightly behind with photos they go above and beyond for us

Excellent service. The vehicles are always well kept and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the drivers are professional, polite and make your journey feel safe and comfortable. We shall continue to use Empress Coaches in the future.

We have recently used Empress Coaches for our residential homes to travel to and from Chichester, the process of booking was easy and straight forward, costs were reasonable. The drivers were amazing and so very helpful with organising our large amount of luggage, communicating with the group with stops and making sure that on arrival to the holiday camp that each house was supported to the accommodation and unloading all the items, this was also arranged on return home, which made the process so much easier for all of us. We also often use Empress Coaches for day trips and always receive a positive service. I would highly recommend using Empress Coaches

I highly recommend Empress Coaches. The service from beginning to end was amazing. Steve was in contact well ahead of the day, he clarified some points and explained what would happen from his side. He had back up plans for ever eventuality and made us feel confident.
We hired the smaller of the classic coaches to transport our wedding party around Brighton. It was dressed with ribbons as agreed with Steve beforehand, it was so clean (inside and out) and had beautiful flowers inside too. There was an umbrella on hand for the changeable weather, and Steve was close by at all times.
Steve was friendly, warm but professional throughout. He made us feel so welcome and in safe hands. On a day which could have been stressful, and tasked with a key part (getting the bride and groom to the venue on time!), Steve made everything relaxed and easy.

We used Empress to take our guests to an Afternoon Event from Bexhill to Heathfield. Our driver John was so helpful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for him. The coach was comfortable, clean and welcoming. The timings we planned were met exactly by Empress and we were very impressed with their service. We will certainly use them again for future trips.

I had the pleasure and opportunity to work with Steve and his team last month. Every day for ten eight days he was ferrying a group off Japanese visitors around Sussex with pick up and drop offs at London Heathrow. The buses/ coaches were clean and tidy inside and out. On the narrow country lanes after a massive storm the drivers navigated the roads well and safely. The drivers were smartly dressed and willing to help in every way possible to facilitate a successful conference. Well done and thank you Steve and the team!

Absolutely wonderful service - Empress Coaches went out of their way to help us with what we needed for our Wedding Day. The vintage coach was just beautiful inside and out and all our guests were thrilled to be transported to the venue in such a novel way. Booking was simple with the help of Jayne and Steve was relaxed and unhurried on the day and took one of the nicest photos of us next to the bus before leaving for the Town Hall. A positive experience in every way.

Last week we hired one of Empress's vintage coaches for an event with friends and family. Many of us were old enough to remember coach trips to the seaside in the 1960's so it was great fun both to enjoy the coach for itself and for the memories it prompted. The coach was immaculate and the driver could not have been more helpful and supportive.

For me, however, pulling together an outdoor event in the face of a challenging weather forecast, I really appreciated the flexibility and support offered by Empress as we dealt with the uncertainty.

I've enjoyed a good relationship with Empress for a number of years and once again they went above and beyond in providing excellent service.

Last weekend we hired a coach from Empress for a shopping trip to Bluewater and Lakeside. Unfortunately those of us who chose to shop at Lakeside were stranded for several hours due to the Dartford Bridge closure. Our coach left the shopping centre at 5pm and we finally got across the Dartford Bridge when it reopened at 10.15pm. We were stuck in traffic not going anywhere for almost 5 hours. Luckily the services were nearby so we could walk there to get supplies and use the facilities. Our driver John was amazing, so patient, kind and helpful. Empress coaches kindly provided a minibus to drive up from Hastings to Bluewater to pick up our colleagues who were stranded there from 5.30pm as we could not get there to pick them up. Steve the minibus driver was amazing, ensuring everyone was Ok when he arrived to pick them up in the late evening, and get them home.
Everyone on the trip wants to say a huge thank you to Empress Coaches for the excellent customer service they provided that day.
