Good service & well stocked

Good range of products from household to gardening and some clothes and toys too. There's a new layout to the store which makes it feel more open and easier to get around. Helpfull and friendly staff always available for questions, along with below average prices for goods making it a valuable money saving shop.

Great place, ideal location, has a bit of everything. Can get some good bargins and quality products. The clothes range is starting to get better, they are beginning to get the more fashionable brand names again!

Glad you're finally open 🥳🥳🥳 The lady who served me was great, I had a £100 sale and she informed me I could get 25% off with my membership card... I had no idea of the promotion. So I got a free pair of trainers, well happy 😊😊😊 Hope Saltash doesn't lose this shop

I recently bought a pair of Wrangler trainers and they did not fit well. They gave me my money back right away, when I returned them. The staff have always been helpful and would make suggestions on alternatives if they didn’t have an item in stock

The shop is big and have a lot of great items. The prices are great also. Staff are helpful.

Clean, tidy well stocked shop. Has a wide range of products. Clothing, household, garden, home and pet. Staff are always friendly. Good value for money.

The Origjnal Factory Shop in Saltash is a little gem of a place.. Super friendly staff, a great selection of things for the home, garden and wardrobe and my little pup enjoys their toys!
