The Food Warehouse by Iceland

This is a great store and anyone who likes Iceland will love to shop here. There is an extensive range of quality frozen foods at fantastic prices with bargains to be found, complimented by fresh and packaged food plus some homeware products. The staff are genuinely friendly and keen to help, the store is modern bright & clean, with ample car parking and a real step up from the average Iceland store. Recommended to visit!

Value for money. Much bigger portion products ideal for large family's or a monthly freezer shop. Lots of offers. Not a good slimming world range here though.

Very good. You know what you'll get from Iceland and here it is, only with more space which is nice. What I do like about this store is the team. The till guys always happy and genuinely seem to WANT to serve you. The guys at the back, always busy but also genuinely seem happy to be interrupted and help you. Excellent choice of food and prices exceptional. Clean and tidy store even when staff are restocking. All staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great choice of food and a lot of there own brands have air fryer instructions win win for me.

Fully stocked some great deals to be had. Checkout was quick even though there was only 2 tills open and store was fairly busy.

I need a bigger freezer!
Love this place. So much choice, from budget to luxury.
Yesterday I was struggling a little with a couple of larger items, a guy named Dan, who was filling shelves, came and offered to take it to the till for me (I am disabled and use a cane) he was very friendly, just as I had finished at the till, he rolls up with a low trolley, puts all my shopping on it, and tells me he'll put it in my car.
Cannot thank him enough, what a great member of staff

Best place for frozen food, great prices and has all your basic essential needs. Offers bulk purchase on selected items. Overall the shop is clean, tidy and regularly stocked. Can do home delivery to certain areas via iceland site.

Love this store, staff really friendly and happy to help (even when you call them by the wrong name lol). Store is always clean, freezers always full. I like shopping just before 9am it is less busy and lots of bargains.

The home delivery team at this store are absolutely brilliant, I have been in lockdown for nearly 4 months during the Covid19 crisis due to a compromised immune system and wouldn't have survived without them. The pickers always find me an equivalent, sometimes creative, substitute for what I order despite shortages, the delivery drivers are cheerful & upbeat even when struggling to cope with demand. I don't normally post reviews but they all deserve a BIG thank you & positive feedback.

Great shopping..however entry and exit to car park can frustrating and tedious..

New store at higher town truro just past Sainsbury's roundabout on the right ware aldi used to be good selection at good prices clean and tidy shop some good deals also pay it a visit worth it Parking is free

Some stuff are expensive if you go next door to home bargains you will find what they sell food wise and drink wise its a lot cheaper so go in home bargains first because u will get it cheaper but there is a lot more choice here I do like shopping here

Some good deals,value for money and free parking due to location and maccies only a short walk away if you need to keep the kids happy
