The staff at this store were so helpful when I visited for the first time yesterday. Whenever I asked where a product could be found the staff member concerned left what he or she was doing and cheerfully led the way to the correct aisle, pointed out the choice of available products, and asked if I needed any further help - it made my visit such a pleasant experience that I promised myself I'd write this review and send them a big thank you!

Just wanted to say how lovely two ladies are working in the cafe … Joy and Ann , as soon as the store opens! Visit fairly regularly recently and they are always bright, breezy and friendly., deserve a Christmas 🎄 bonus 😃
(Wanted to write this as read what Chrissie wrote and felt she should have contacted the store directly rather than openly post here … gains zero and upsets many hardworking people)

Great place here, top quality meat, fruit and vegetables. Staff are polite and helpful, and you get a free cup of tea too. Try Cote de beof, Hereford rib beef from here, it's very tender and tastes out of this world

Actually pleasantly surprised at the cost of goods. Not as expensive as I was expecting and a good choice of food and drink.

Always friendly staff and a great range of products, Waitrose essential range is very reasonably priced and the quality is significantly better than other supermarkets own brands. Very happy customer thank you.

The food shopping experience is the best around. The partners could not be more pleasant and helpful and the space and general ambiance of the store delightful. I almost regard a visit there as one of my favourite days out!! As an impoverished pensioner I have to be very careful with my expenditure - however if you are careful the prices are compatible with other supermarkets. Also there is some limited welcome seating available when it’s necessary to have a rest to collect one’s thoughts and consult the shopping list!

If you want to feel like a million dollars, shop here. Variety, quality, friendly service -- all sorts of wins. I even found some delicious South African red wine for under £6.

Good quality great staff and a nice cup of coffee . you need to take a cup of your own for the free drinks. because there are no longer single use cups given to you

It's good to have Waitrose around, unfortunately there are only 2 in Cornwall so I cherish this one in Saltash, and shop there nearly every Monday on the way home. It really is the quality I expect, for the price I don't. Wide choice of fruits, vegetables and meats. One of not many places to find wild salmon at, everywhere else there's Norwegian farmed and we all know how unhealthy that is, so I appreciate Waitrose isn't sacrificing it's quality. I like recipes by the front door and their Food magazine. Employees and helpful and always available.

A quick note to say how kind and friendly everyone at the café and front desk was in helping me locate my mother's glasses yesterday (Thursday 24/2) afternoon. We were en route to see her granddaughter perform and it would have been awful for her not to be able to see. We were only transient shoppers/customers but the kindness, patience and thoughtfulness of the staff were made what would have been a miserable experience into a great memory - thank you all

My wife completed the shopping on her own this week as I have been unwell so decided not to go with her. The staff as always were very helpful and at the check out my wife was in a queue when a male staff member spotted her and invited her to move to the next till where he unloaded her shopping onto the belt and helped with advice on packing her bags in the trolley so she did not have to lift. We'll done again team Waitrose.

Excellent range great shop

Easy to get to, fair size car park with family & child bays.

Staff are brilliant its always a warm welcome. My little lad (5) is obsessed with one member in particular!

Food is good, you get what you pay for, yes we can save money else where but meh!

Always friendly staff and nice produce

Amazing. Clean and very friendly. Lady on the check out bought me a bunch of flowers because I had been very sick and was in a wheelchair ... I was so touched by her kindness.
