Just started working there I love it the staff are amazing and as made me so welcome and so r you all pop in for T or coffee and on some day doughnuts xxx

Service from staff quick and friendly. Instructions for fitting easy to follow. Plenty of parking, all in all this store is an asset to our town.

The staff at the Saltash branch are so helpful nothing is to much trouble for them and they are always cheerful
When I can't find what I need online I visit the shop as I know they will always happily help me

Really helpful guys at this store. Did a click an collect and it was ready within a couple of mins. An order that I hadn't collected was rectified and I came away happy.

I came into the Saltash branch today returning a toilet seat, i was served with by Alan who was very patient with someone (me) who isn't very good at DIY but is keen to listen and learn from someone giving advice, today Alan was very patient whilst suggesting potential seats running to the back getting another and checking its fixing (my toilet has an awful design that i've recently found out), ive now returned home and fitted the seat which is perfect, this is down to the advice given

Although i'm writing this review today and identifying one member of staff from todays experience, i would like to add that until the last 6 weeks i have never set foot in a screw-fix store, but the help and advice given by every single member of staff i have dealt with in my 7-10 visits in the past 6 weeks has been faultless, whist buying LED bulbs, TV Ariel cable and fitting, screws and of course the aforementioned toilet seat,

This store is now the first place i consider for my fulfillment of house related items

In addition to all the above my two dogs (whippet & husky) love there experience here with treats of either dog treats or custard creams

Despite restrictions on entry to the store due to covid 19, my click and collect order was dealt with quickly and proficiently. There are clear queuing guidelines and staff were friendly and helpful. Certainly making the best of a bad situation. Well done Screwfix.

Staff extremely helpful, cant fault the attention I was given seeing as I didn't know what I was actually looking for

First class helpful service, the young man went out of his way to get me the correct item with the broken sample I took in as a pattern.

Very helpful and quickly got my item required.
Also all safety in place to protect staff and yourself.

Extremely helpful, one of the staff even offered my little girl a biscuit while someone else made sure that they got me the right lock.

I live in Plymouth but Saltash branch is the closest. Click & collect. Waited till I received SMS txt informing me my order was ready for collection. Staff always friendly & polite and have good knowledge of the products they sell. For the time being they're only letting one customer at a time into the Branch. But I didn't have to queue for long. Chap at the Counter asked for last 4 digits of my order number. In and out within 10mins. Brilliant!
