One Stop

Handy shop on the Grand Parade in Hook. Convenient to grab drinks and sweets. They have a good range of Birthday and Anniversary Cards. Beer cave at the back of the shop. There is free parking at the front of the shops. Still showing as a Premier Store on Street View but has now been completely refurbished as a One Stop.

Always friendly and happy to see you. My go too shop I'm hook.

Love this shop staff always friendly and the owner ordered me a magazine which I was having trouble finding nothing to much trouble and made the time to text me when it had arrived .. wish we had one of these shops in Odiham .

Staff dont give tesco discount if you dont ask them even if they see you in uniform. I was served by Keymur.

My partner & I visited this shop earlier and upon walking in, the woman behind the till had her judgemental unfriendly eyes on us. When coming to the till to pay, we greeted her and asked how she’s doing, she ignored us. My partner asked for a bag twice before paying. She ignored us again.

That was my first and last time in that shop. Customer service is non existent.

There are better shops around the area with employees who actually treat you like a human being.

Incredibly rude cashier working at the store today! Wouldn’t accept Scottish notes from an elderly couple and when they asked why - he shouted at them that they could go exchange at the post office! When I stood up for them, he then proceeded to shout and be rude to me.. is the last time I will be shopping in this store and will be reporting not only the service but lack of accepting currency to the head office!! Absolutely unacceptable!!
