Pretty good stop for pet supplies. Use this place often, mostly for bird supplies, food and bird toys. Of course there’s lots of other supplies for dogs, cats, rodents, rabbits etc. medium to large shop, includes pet grooming, pet care, medicines and pet grooming. Free parking outside.

Always nice to visit the store. All the staff are so helpful, a particular mention to Clive n Sophie.

Caring and professional. Our cat was put down recently which was the right decision, it was done with decency and professional calm (they even sent a card the following week which was a very nice gesture)

I'd just like to say a massive thank you from me and Roo. Such friendly and caring people, the vet was very thorough with his examination of Roo. Cost was very fair and alot cheaper and better service all round than the 1 at woodley precinct. So again thank you so much for such amazing service. Kind regards Mandy.

My boy loves coming here and yes he is spoilt. Everytime we pick up his food, he gets to pick a new toy.
The staff are lovely and my boy loves the attention staff give him, haha.

I went here, after visiting a specialist aquarium store, hoping they might have some tropical fish, but tbh I didn't expect that much given that Pets at Home covers all sorts of pets. I was pleasantly surprised; I got some aquarium plants in excellent condition, got some advice from a very helpful member of staff and realised I needed to wait before adding other fish to my tank. I will be going back for sure.

I havent been into pets at home for years, since i had a pet hamster. But what i can say is the parking is plentiful and the windows of the building tall, let alot of light in which gives a good vibe to the place. Always seems a steady flow of customers, and have been there for years. All in all, if you have a pet you should probably stop reading this review and go stock up on supplys, be friendly to the staff and support your local stores

Staff were so helpful could not recommend their guinea pigs and tetras enough!!! Good value cheap and wide range of choice.

Retired guide zane lives a trip here to have his little rice bone treat, always found the staff friendly and helpful , couldn't say about the instore vets as we have our own veterinary, the pamper room is lovely too , mostly can get what you want just a stocking problem I think

Clean, friendly staff and had what I needed

Staff are always helpful here but have to say a huge thank you to Amy who served us today and talked us through setting up the VIP card. She definitely went above and beyond despite there being a queue behind us, she didn't rush us and was full of advice. Amy really is credit to your store.

Staff and especially the assistant manager Stuart at this branch are amazing ! They never rush you, even when its busy and these guys I feel should be used as a bench mark for their level of customer service they provide compared to their other branches in the local area.

We took our cat to the vets, we were seen by Stephanie Keele. Our cat was really anxious and she was amazing, she was so gentle and caring with our cat. I really loved the experience and definitely recommend other people taking their pet to this vets. Great customer service, good timing for attendance and everything was well explained. Very good 👏🏽👏🏽

We had to go to the vets today with an emergency appointment they were extremely helpful and I would like to say that Charlotte the nurse who saw us was so kind and caring and extremely pleasant and made us feel at ease and our cat 🐈 😻 thankyou

Absolutely faultless. They were able to see my dog within a hour of calling. I was extremely anxious when visiting, as was my dog, but was instantly put at ease by the lovely vet that examined her and took the time to explain how to care for my dog following her diagnosis. Would not go anywhere else now .

We've just bought a puppy and visited Pets at Home to prepare for our new arrival. Thank you to the team and in particular Stewart who was incredibly helpful and spent time helping us pick our items even though he was busy with a queue of people to see after us. He was very knowledgeable on the products and knew so much about pups which gave us plenty of confidence we were speaking to the right person.
Thank you Stewart as you made this shopping experience straightforward, not stressful at all and we left learning so much more about how to care for our little pup.

I'm going to focus on the vets because they're amazing. Such kind and caring staff. I've heard other people complaining about other vet places being dirty so I will say to them, try the vets here. They're always clean inside, and the staff have taken wonderful care of my dog. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Even though we have moved to Gloucestershire we still come back to use the groom room. Staff are so friendly and professional and always do a fantastic job with my cockapoo. The vets are also amazing, Ben is a great vet! Love this store!
