Everyone is quick to point out bad service but not quick to point out good service. Credit needs to given when due! George's service is consistently exceptional, down to earth, helpful, really friendly guy Travel past 2 pets at home just to go to this store! Also a massive, spacious store with good stock. Best store in the region by far.

Excellent store with a huge range of pet products and THE friendliest, most helpful and accommodating staff. And we got another set of discount vouchers today by registering another VIP account in my name.. Very highly recommended. We have one healthy and happy gallery assistant.. 🤔🤭😀🎨🥂

Absolutely excellent store with super friendly, helpful and informative staff. Great choice of products for our coming soon new addition to the family. As a start, we bought a bag, carry case, cage, mat, bowls, blankets, toys and treats. And the VIP membership gave us 20% off which was very welcome... We'll be back for much more, with 'Bella'.

One of the much better stores, staff are friendly and helpful, always happy to help you with any queries or even carry your shopping for you! They have a good variety of stock, store is always very clean and maintained well. Ample parking available outside, including disabled bays.

The staff in this branch are so helpful and friendly, I went in to get advice on dog tagging and one of the staff invested time to help me find the right thing (even looked in other local stores) and looked at what was required by law. It was a great experience and I would really recommend this store.

I took my young dog in to store today to get some basic supplies plus a new Marvel collar because I spoil him, haha! I was approached by multiple members of staff who kindly helped me find the certain products I was looking for. Thankyou to those members of staff who helped me!!
In regards to my purchases, the new collars clasp broke shortly into a walk so I took it back and they exchanged it for a new product so I selected the Marvel lead instead as didn't want another collar breaking and the lady who served me (Emma) was absolutely lovely and very professional with the whole situation and sorted us out very promptly.
I would definitely recommend this store if your looking for brilliant customer service.

Soon as me and my partner walked in the store the staff was extremely friendly to us and the dog and asked if we needed any help at all while in the store as we was browsing we got told we can use the app to save my off our perches so that was really nice of them to tell us that

Really helpful advice and service. They carried heavy items to my car. Always space to park just outside. Good range of stock and offers. You can add on the cost of a or meals for animals in need of food and shelter when you pay if you want to. Their vip card magazines have helpful information about caring for pets and they're fun for kids.

Really appreciated the insightful staff. Went in looking for worming medicine and they were knowledgeable about what to do and good training advice to make it easy on all of us!

Cannot rate the customer service in this store enough!! My partner and I brought our Cavapoo puppy into the store today and was helped by two lovely young ladies who were both informative, helpful and so so kind. I didn’t catch their names but just want Pets at Home know that they are a credit to your team!! We didn’t even ask for help but was immediately greeted as soon as we came in the doors and was assisted all the way through. We unfortunately did not make a purchase today as our puppy was a bit overwhelmed however we will definitely be back. I don’t usually write reviews but want to make sure that this doesn’t go unnoticed. Well done ladies - 1st Class Service!!

Helpful staff always has stock, unlike the Bracknell store.

Very friendly and helpful staff, as well as great stock. Staff were lovely, very informative, very kind to my puppy, and even helped me get my bag to my car. Great customer service all round.

Very polite staff the only problem is that there are no hand baskets at the entrance they're all still at the till. You have to battle people coming out to get to the stacked wire baskets.
