Halfords - Winnersh (Reading)

Danny at Winnersh Halfords provided an outstanding service, From beginning to end when I took my bike for service/repair. He Explained everything that was needed and fixed the bike in short time, he was super informative and his customer service stood out as quite exceptional. A great asset to Halfords.

I would like to give compliments to Toby who has extreamly helpful during my visit to the store today. His knowledge about bikes are very good and he has really helped me I think about the sort of bike I would like. He went the extra mile today with helping me and has remain courteous and professional. He is an asset to the Winnersh Branch and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness.

I recently had a Thule roof bar fitted at Halfords Winnersh by Ryan, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Ryan was extremely professional and helpful from the moment I walked in.

He helped me select the correct model and was well-prepared on the day of the fitting, having already started the assembly before my arrival. During the installation, he was attentive to detail and explained everything thoroughly. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the fitting before I left.

Overall, I had a great experience with Ryan at Halfords. He provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Thank you, Ryan, and thank you, Halfords!

James was really helpful. Tested the car battery and advised best course of action. Advised Hest battery to get and the new one was fitted within 5 minutes. Excellent service.

The manager actually called me to let me know that they could sort out my issue caused by the online store and the whole team was very helpful from entering the door to the way out, Ryan thoroughly went through the procedures with me and was very patient during the whole process. Overall satisfied customer.

My son had a puncture in his rear tyre on his bike. We took it to Halfords and what excellent customer service from a young man called Toby. He repaired the bike within 15 mins with great manners and knowledge. Halfords, look after this man they are very rare now

Third time I have used Halfords WeFit service, twice for bulb replacement and today for a battery. The work is always done quickly and today I turned up early with battery problems and parked up expecting to have an hour wait. Ryan dealt with a customer in front of me and then changed my battery despite my early arrival. He knew what he was doing, and once the battery was replaced he checked to make sure no faults were showing. A friendly, helpful service that saved me getting my hands dirty, thanks Ryan!

Very helpful staff. We came in just as the store was closing and the staff had a lot to do (boxes everywhere). Alex in the bike section was super helpful and sorted us out - also allowing us to do what we needed to in order to fix our bike. Thank you!!

Andy was helpful, friendly and efficient. I watched customers before me leaving happy and each thanking him. Good to know that there's people like Andy about still providing the customer care you'd expect. Keep up the good work Andy!

popped in to get a new battery and got it fitted. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Definitley will return.

Tgank you, excellent customer service, a headlamp that I had bought about a month and a half ago had fused, it was under warranty hence I was eligible for a free replacement, they didn't have it in stock, they called another nearby store, it was in stock, I was going towards that store anyway, I picked it up.

Ryan was extremely polite and helpful. He replaced my front headlight and the service was excellent.

I was seen by three different team members during my visit. Each of them were friendly, polite, professional and ensured my needs were met. Great team

Thank you very much for the great service today. Elliott was friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable and tested and changed my old car battery for a new one. I don't know much about cars but he wasn't patronising in any way at all and helpfully answered my questions with no judgement. Gave me great advice for future journeys and he also topped up my oil too. Definitely would use Halfords in Winnersh again if this service is anything to go by.

Went to Halfords and they booked in the free 5 point health check for the car right away. A few minutes later, the very friendly employee arrived, checked the details again and then went ahead to do the checks. He provided information about the tests, answered any questions from my side and overall did an outstanding job. Remember, it is a free check for me, but I still received a top class service.
Shortly after, I received an email with the car health check results. Well done Halfords and especially the guy who did the job at the Winnersh branch.

My old Mazda MX5 had a Winter Check from Finley. Very profession and thorough. Excellent service from Halfords.

I'm only giving 5 stars to the local branch at Winnersh in particular Bradley. I had issues with customer services and the automated system however, I attend the branch and spoke with Bradley. I had to rearrange the fitting of roof bars as they cancelled the booking. He then put by a roof box for me and made sure it coincided with the fitting of the roof bars at the same time on Saturday without the need to book the box fitting online for another day. He helped with my love to shop vouchers as well. Above and beyond! Great service very polite and amiable, a credit to the store..

Great customer service I popped in on Sunday and was greeted very nicely by a girl with black and white hair she was very cheerful and we had a lovely conversation while she served me, overall amazing experience and customer service.

I am a regular visitor to this store and if I am not able to find what I am looking for, there will always be some useful info i will get from one of the helpful staff here.
Another pleasant experience today where Harrison helped me sort my new bike gears adjustment, effectively and efficiently. Thank you Harrison, five stars from me.
