Else’s discounts is a fantastic store if you’re looking to pay very little and get a vast choice of stuff. Everything from gardening, diy, blinds, tiles, cake decorating, paints, artificial flowers, the list is endless. Everything is cheap, though you can sometimes find branded stuff that’s cheaper elsewhere, You can’t fault them for choice, and lovely people too.

Brilliant place. I wanted a water feature and they only had the display one which I wanted. So a member of staff very kindly packaged it back in to the original box. Well worth a visit..

Ordered our sofa's and chair , arrived within time schedule and then promptly delivered .Always 1st class service , we have used them for several items over the years .

Extremely handy place for all your home and DIY projects. Thete is also an on site timber yard as well. Been coming here for the past 40 years or so.

Else is a fantastic place for everything and anything you may want, from furniture to unusual decorative items for the home. Also hardware store is filled with a vast array of items from DIY to gardening items, crockery, will flowers, candles, pet items you name it they have it. Staff are very friendly and helpful and prices very reasonable.

I am lucky to live very local to Else , they have everything you would need as in DIY from tools to screws nails paint etc and all at very competitive prices .
There is a wood yard and also a furniture warehouse again all brilliant quality and prices .
I would highly recommend visiting and see for yourselves.

These people are always so friendly and helpful when I've visited, even through the CR19 pandemic they have been great help. Called in again to their wood yard and asked for assistance with fencing materials, the chap couldn't be more helpful and his advice was excellent 👍

Love this place! Always get what you want (mostly). And always come away with stuff you didn't intend to buy! Having a major sort out at the moment and a move around. This is good because you see things you never knew they had, bad for your wallet though!.

Great place to visit for a look around as have such a diverse range of items. We buy sand, compost, top soil, screws and nails, tools, wood, paint, garden lighting, almost everything for around the home. Friendly staff and always helpful and cheerful. Highly recommended.

A great place, a little of everything hardware wise and more. I hate shopping but find prices here are more than competitive and well worth the visit even with us being half an hour away.

Hadn't visited here for about 30 years! Excellent choice of anything you could really want or need, very reasonable prices and very friendly helpful staff. Will not leave it so long to visit again!!

It's years since I last visited - I was impressed - I called round for timber because my usual merchant was closed for the Xmas break - I think that I'll be making Else's my regular supplier from now.
