First Review The People Are Very Nice And Overall The Shop Is Good 10/10 You Guys Have Outdone Yourselves

Been here 3 times in the last few months. They have some staff who are very helpful and provide an excellent service and others who just cannot be bothered to help you. Personally I'm going to stick to Amazon as much better customer journey. The future of Argos seems to be heading in the same direction as toy r us, Wilko, Woolworths........

Went to return a faulty lawnmower under warranty,well 🤣I don't know where to start,served by a lady called Tracy,who first of all implied there was nothing wrong with it,then said I'd be surprised how many people bring lawnmowers back just to get a new one,i stated that the lawnmower wasn't working and as it was under 3 year warranty needed replacing,it was replaced in the end,under argos excellent warranty,I was then told that it's not fair on argos because I've got a 3 year warranty that means I can keep coming back for an exchange🤣,it's goto be the worst customer service I've ever received in my life,after today's events this will be the last purchase I ever make from argos
