Screwfix Peterborough - Fengate

I went in store today n met Max I needed afew bits but was not sure about size n length but Max was so professional n helpful that she made it so easy for me to select the correct size n etc 1 of the best employee I’ve ever met at Screwfix and because of this lovely lady I will return n purchase more from Screwfix

I find it quite convenient to have a Screwfix in my city and in a great location. If I need any tools, accessories and hardware products, it is my first choice beside ToolStation. Their prices are reasonable.

Came to ScrewFix looking for some college uniform for my son and was greeted by a young man by the name of Jake (I believe). He was very polite and is an absolute credit to the team , he was so helpful throughout everything and whenever I asked a question he would know the answer to it. We ended up finding the boots we needed (steel toe cap) and upon walking out , Jake smiled at us and told us to have a great day. Small gestures like this mean a lot to people and I would just like to say many thanks to Jake for making our experience at the local screwfix amazing!

I visited Screw fix with my Mum last Saturday due to going on a Wild Goose Chase trying to find a Torque Wrench due to forgetting one at home, Screw fix was the 3rd store to visit and we were ordered by Tobbias (Apologies if spelt wrong), looked at the screen, was very helpful & kind and had a good sense of humour too, along with it picked up the wrong one and realised that he found the incorrect one on the site and sorted it quickly without costing us for the wrong one, customer service was absolutely fantastic, absolute credit to Screw fix Tobbias is got fantastic services, definetely would recommend this Screw fix and we will definetely be coming back here if we forget another tool, thanks Tobbias especially

To be honest sometimes i feel like this isy second home as i dont over buy , i buy as i go so as the project isoving alone i purchase what i need , but this place def the place to go ,lile a magic shop they have all an in case they dont dont you worries they will get it next day

You never really know how good a retailer is until maybe something goes wrong, I purchased a lawnmower back in June used it a few times and been ok, used it Sunday and it cut out on further examination the wire's had melted so could have been very dangerous. I took it back to the Fengate branch in Peterborough and I have to say they were outstanding they dealt with the matter straight away and it was a pleasure to deal with them I don't normally leave many reviews but just wanted to say thanks for such a great experience.

Fantastic service. The staff were quick, polite and extremely helpful. They loaded 3 rads into our little Clio. Prices are competitive as usual. Brilliant service.

Great team and great service. The Fengate team have done a phenomenal job during Covid, social distancing measures were excellent, and the team have always been a pleasure to deal with.

Very fast service. Walk in, show the order you made online, wait 1-2 minutes for the assistant to fetch the item, walk out. Done.

Always friendly staff, and I have never been to purchase something that they hadn't got in stock.

Always super easy to collect parcels from here, and Covid-19 safety measures I was happy to see in full force and being followed respectfully.

The place to go for tools, hardware, nuts, bolts and screws (with Toolstation nearby, further down the road). I find Screwfix a little on the pricey side, but it's convenient and the staff always seem cheerful and helpful. So five stars from me.

Good place to order your DIY bits. Click and collect works a treat. Order it up and it's all ready in less than a minute

Great for supplies hardly ever out of stock and also provide a click and collect service. I highly recommend visiting this screwfix the staff are very knowledge of products and do have alternative sujjestions too
