Halfords - Merthyr Tydfil

I was sure I needed a new battery for my car, so paid for it and the fitting at the till. The fitter tested the existing battery and discovered it did not need changing at that the minor electrical problems was more than likely to be electrical ones. I was immediately reimbursed for the new battery I had purchased. The fitter was polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

What a wholesome experience I had at the store with the employee Georgia. She went above and beyond helping myself and my 2 children pick out bikes they liked and gave me help in telling me about each bike in my budget.
She then went above and beyond helping my not overly confident children by getting them on the bikes and helping them ride them around the store for a few minutes.
Her customer service was second to none and she was one of the kindest, smiliest, happiest people I have come across. Easy to talk to and full of knowledge when it came to her job.
Thank you Georgia for all your help.

Bought a new bike for my son at Halfords Merthyr, had some unexpected issues with getting the bike loaded in the car. Had so much help from Ashley, who was absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks Ashley and Kayleigh, you’ve saved my life today!!

Collected my new 200 litres air compressor today from Halfords Merthyr Tydfil. Excellent members of staff there. Two of them helped me and my Son put the compressor in the back of my truck. The two gentleman were very pleasant and helpful. 10 out of 10 guys.

I would highly recommend Merthyr Tydfil Halfords for one professional gentleman that works to an extremely high standard,as he went above and beyond in a points check on my son's vehicle, absolutely outstanding customer service, I'm not sure of his name but I'm calling him the Aberdare viking,thank you so much for your expertise

Absolutely fantastic, it was quite close to closing when I arrived and I thought I might have to come back the next day, but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They had my bulb changed in a few minutes! Amazing service, would definitely go back!

Picked up a new bike today, the Pendleton ebike. Service was much better than expected. Advisor took the time to make sure I was fully clued up with everything I needed to know - removing and replacing battery, charging, turning both the battery and motor on and off and changing gears. Seat was adjusted to a height I was comfortable with so I could ride away. Also bagged a couple of free accessories. Thanks Halfords. Keep up the good work!

Went to fit my 10yr old son for a new bike & helmet (not necessarily buying today but needed to check for size). Was so impressed by the friendly service from the staff there,
and that they were willing to help and not force a sale, that we bought one while we were there. Really professional, knowledgeable and involved my son in the process too. Top staff, well done!

Ashley in the merthyr branch was absolutely fantastic, went to get my bulbs changed in my old banger ursula (Ford focus) tonight after I finished work, she was a little hard work but nothing was too much trouble for Ashley he was amazing and very friendly and professional. Had a new battery fitted to my Tiguan by a very friendly and professional young man. I didn't realise that you need to code the car to the battery. Good thing I didn't fit it myself!
