Iceland Supermarket Strood

I do the majority of my shopping either online, or in person at the store.

New layout. Staff always helpful.

Excellent online delivery service, great delivery drivers, very helpful.

The staff are always lovely and friendly in this store. I really enjoy visiting to pick up my shopping. Freezers and shelves are always well stocked and they have more variety of products than other Iceland stores. Great store. Great staff. Highly recommended.

The only suggestion I would make is for the items that are in the baskets to be placed near other similar items as they are easily missed. If I am looking for crisp, I will go to the crisp aisle, but if there is a basket of crisp in the freezer section near the pasta, I may not notice them. The items in the baskets always seem to be placed in random places e.g. washing up liquid nowhere near the detergent section. It makes things hard to find.

I have to give an enormous compliment to this branch of Iceland . They are always so efficient and helpful and always polite especially today having missed my delivery man. On calling the branch and telling Natasha she quickly rearranged another time slot for me😀. Thank you .

Iceland have thought about the older people during these difficult times, and they get 10% off their bill every Tuesday. Which is a thoughtful act of kindness.

This was my second delivery against way iv shopped in past but different times arthritos in my ankles means im unable to carry like I use to. 6 grandchildren neighbours children's i like to offer drinks sp cans bottle of water all extremely heavy.,, an offer of £8 discount FREE DELIVERY enticed me to order again, So happy i did driver friendly no lugging on the bus so unable to fault what insee as help. My 9 year old grandsin l8ves with me now so more tobdo these days too. So i can onlybthank the Iceland Team forbthis service..

I was lookin for some mederation vegetables and i found them in iceland . Also they do some sml portions of syrup sponge puds and choc puds to die for find were bread is . Do in microwave and serve with custard yum yum i also get my capre sun drinks in there as they do 10 to a,box and the other shops do ×8 . I have them for pack lunches . There calslaw is,lovley and got so much in it . Just go for a nose your love it

I love shopping at the Strood Iceland, it's so under used that you don't have to queue. The prices are cheaper then most other supermarkets and it does all the items I need. 😀

Lots of good bargains My family love fish and there is an offer on all fish three packets for £10 and they also had toilet roll on the shelves...

Don't get me wrong the food is junk . But the new older gentleman serving was a pleasure. He is the only.reason for 5 stars

Don't use This Store or Iceland enough at times they put the bigger supermarkets to shame.

Good place to get BBQ chicken wings and hot and spicy wings if you want a chicken fest.

A large Iceland with wide aisles and plenty of stock, 3 full freezers of slimming world products which was just what i was looking for.
