Asda Cramlington Superstore

Do my weekly shopping here every week for the oat 15 years. I have tried others but only once for 2 reasons the staff are fantastic and the price is the best. Even better now they have asda rewards

We had an employee who went above and beyond to prepare a personalised cake for our son's birthday (we were late to collect and he stepped in to help). Sebastien was an absolute God send and embodies customer service truly.

This is probably the best Asda in the north east. It is like a day out. I went there for some nuts and eggs, and left with a smile on my face. The staff are always smiling and the security guard is more like friendly butler who is itching to offer his help to people who look like they can't find the vegetarian alternative foods. The shop is in an amazing shopping centre with cafes and a sports centre with a swimming pool, bowling and a sauna. I love Cramlington Asda. Its a shopping experience that can be concluded with a coffee and a jacuzzi.

Nice store. I was able to get what I was looking for. I like the pizza section just that the queue can be a bit long and you will have to wait.

Massive supermarket have everything you need beautiful clothes as well at a great price

I enjoy walking around the shops and visiting Asda. It was a very nice shopping experience.

Affordable price, large variety of products and within walking distance.

Not as big as other Asda's around the North East but it is located in a great place and easy access.
The fridges are better in here than some other Asda's as it has doors on the fridges to keep the products cooler and it doesn't make the isles as cold when you walk down them.
It still has a bakery and you can get freshly cooked meats here too

Love this ASDA. It looks, sounds and acts like all the other ASDA's in the UK, but it has one major advantage over all the others: it's quite close to where I live. Amazing! Will definitely go there again!

Always happy shopping at ASDA. Good products and good prices with quality. I like the fast scan and go when buying a few items.
It's not the biggest but enough for my needs.

Usual Asda store, good selection of food, drinks, veg, household goods etc, staff are very helpful and polite. Shame Asda and other big name stores are reducing staff for self checkouts.

Well laid out store. Clean and well stocked. Love the create your own pizzas.

Wow...finally investment to the store! much better layout and great for a quick convenience shop. Used the scan and go tills to get my pizza cutter, chilled beers and even got my pizza cooked in store for an extra 40p! Very modern store!

The lady assistant in the deodorant isle I didn't get her name was so helpful she really went the extra mile with customer service. She help me find the items I was looking for with no hesitation.
This lady is an asset to Asda Cramington store. Good old fashioned customer service at it's best.

Very well organised. Great selection of not only food but household goods, cards, although can be quite expensive are good quality. Clothing is ok if you just want every day items. The in store bakery is lovely, but go for the extra special range. This is a one stop shopping store,getting everything you need.

Very well organised although I hadn't noticed the arrows on the floor until another shopper told me. Maybe the person who lets you in could tell everyone and make it really clear. Or perhaps several, or a huge notice, could be displayed as you enter. Thank you so much to all the staff, who are soldiering on regardless. It is really appreciated.
