They even lent us shipping crates to get the accessories we had purchased to our office safely.

Today we have witness an outstanding customer service from your staff Thomas. We went at the store to return an item and in front of us there was a very aggressive customer. Thomas managed the situation extremely proffesional even the customer was extremely rude and aggressive. So definitely a 5 star location based on the customer service!

The attendant Miguel, was very good with helping me get a laptop. He explained things to me properly and I, who is not a tech savvy, understood him and he made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I like the fact that, he was very patient and told me about some offers going on.

Lady who help us buy our microwave whent over and above to service us. Even stayed after closing and we finally got what we wanted. I wish I knew her name, she was upstairs serving. ❤

A great experience looking for a new TV. We spent a considerable amount of time with Logan who provided expert and impartial advice on their range of TVs. If you want a TV speak to Logan !!

The store has all the equipment you need from tvs to washing machines over 2 floor quite a wide choice depending on your requirements

I had excellent service, and when they say they will price match even online prices, they mean they will price match even online prices. As long as it's like for like there are no quibbles.

Had an issue with the way we were treated in store, raised it with the manager Gordon and he assured us he would talk to the person. Top stuff.

We came back the next day to get a soundbar for our new TV and Ali provided really good customer service. Sorted all of it out for us really quickly considering how busy the store was.

Big store, plenty to view on two levels. Does have a customer lift as well as a wide staircase. Staff about if required for advice.
Plenty of parking, with a few disabled parking spaces along the front of the stores.

Very knowledgeable staff with regards to televisions and soundbars, which was my primary reason for visiting. Also had an enlightening discussion about all in one colour laser printers for a future purchase.

Very well stocked store, lots of options for the same white goods.
Really helpful friendly staff. On two levels, but lift solves this very easily (left side of the store). Wheelchair friendly lift too.

A good deal and good customer service from Jess and Phoebe. I was able to exchange an expensive Shark brand hoover that stopped working for a better Dyson brand. Thanks girls/ladies.
