Nice clean service station good stop on the way to South Wales.. fuel isn't crazy priced like other service stations. Some shelves and fridges looked little empty.. hot and cold foods and drinks available

Have stayed here twice in the past 2/3weeks in my lorry. Perhaps about 25- 30 lorry spaces. £14.99 to park overnight with a shower. On my visits the toilets have been clean. 5 individual shower rooms (shower operated by token but enough time to get a decent wash) clean & warm. Keyfuels accepted here too

Very quiet services but excellent staff, very friendly. Dated range of restaurants but a bit of a forgotten service station so peaceful and great for truck parking overnight.

Stopped to use the WC during a long journey and the place was very very empty, nothing on the shelves and probably 1 staff member. Toilets were in pretty good condition though.

Very quiet service station. Friendly staff, but very dirty, tables and chairs need a good clean. The floor need a good scrub.
The outside car park kept tidy and clean.

Mostly tidy and mostly clear covid separation in the main areas but the toilets were a state and even through my mask it stank.

Absolutely dreadful. Filthy first thing in the morning on a Saturday. Loads of Ladies' toilets out of order, no hand-wash, filthy. Only Greggs and Starbucks open by 9.30am on a Saturday morning in June, subway and Burger King shut hence enormous queue at Greggs. Really need good management as it's embarrassing to be honest

I visit this services fairly regularly, unfortunately it has recently got rather bad. They have 4 showers on site but only one working, the showers are not always hot, and the shower room isn’t cleaned. The rest of the service area seems okay would be nice if they were cleaned more frequently. Hopefully they will sort the few issues they have out.

The dirtiest service station I have been ever in my life.
No healthy food options, the smell of fried food lingers in the air and the whole place was filled with smoke from the kitchens. The tables were all dirty. The cleanest one we found (we had to clean it before we used it) had FOOTPRINTS on it

Shocking, pulled up here at 6.55pm to be told burger King was already shut, couldn't have a coffee as apparently there was no milk, but plenty on sale in shop

Stopped here a couple of times recently and not impressed but with children needing a break it was a necessity. Men's toilets stink, floor is always wet from overflowing urinals, no soap in dispensers, hand dryers not working and loo paper strewn on floor. I know this comes from ignorant members of the public but where are the staff monitoring or cleaning the loos? Food area is also a mess with all bins overflowing with rubbish the public have taken from their tables but those that don't leave it on the tables. Either way you can see the tables are dirty and this in a time of supposed extra cleaning due to covid. Lots of notices around stating they are recruiting staff, I'm guessing they don't pay well or are bad employers and are therefore struggling to get staff? All in all a bad experience and will in future let the kids pee in the car, the smell can't be any worse than this place.

Specifically Gregg's, didn't give me 1 pasty and paid for,asked if éclair was fresh cream said no & it was, 1 persons lunch messed up, thanks!

Call through every 4 weeks about 6.15pm, Subway is supposed to closse at 7pm but can not get a simple coffee. Burger King closes at 9pm but coffee is also unavailable. After 6.30pm the staff member in Subway is very noticeable by his absence, if you want to close earlier then change the opening times. On a more positive note I would like to say how nice Louise is in the garage shop. Well done Louise.

Absolutely dreadful place, staff extremely rude. I filled my car with Diesel and then went to pay with my Scottish bank notes. They refused my £80 = x4. £20 RBS bank notes.
These were drawn from an ATM in Edinburgh earlier in the day. If you are Scottish trying to use Scottish bank notes, just keep driving past this place. Don’t even waste your time entering it for their warm benevolence.

Need to be uo on cleaning

Called in today, thought we would have something to eat. Subway customer service was not the best as was the item I purchased, hubby was going to have a meat feast, she s as I'd she couldn't do one because she had no ham and couldn't substitute any of the other meats she had there because the price was different on the ingredients. This was after he had been to the burger King next to it and was told a price for something then when it came to paying the price had gone up £3. I did comment to my husband when we went in that the standards of cleanlines had dropped since the last time we were there.

Absolutely atrocious, nothing was clean the toilets haven't been checked or cleaned for what felt like a week. Would highly recommend holding it in, and heading to the next service. If there was a zero star this service station would still be fighting for that.
