The service provided by (Kelly) at the Merthyr Tydfil store was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for her. She spent time with us clearly explaining our options on the different choices we had, costs, delivery times and available dates. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It was a fantastic experience with a friendly and helpful staff. The colleague who assisted us offered a hot drink, which was very kind. The deals on offer are really impressive.

Went in today looking for a mattress, Kelly was very helpful and friendly, I told Kelly my budget and she found one perfect for me. In and out in about 15 mins which was great as I had a mischievous 1 year one with me.

A lovely welcome on entering the store very competent on all the bed types I was interested in. Came away with a top notch deal for under half the full price with free duvet and mattress protector. All staff deserve 5 stars thankyou.

We were greeted by Amy as soon as we entered the store, which was very useful as we had no idea what we were looking for! She made us both a coffee (which was very lovely!) and took us over to the sleep match which was amazing! She was very personable, friendly, 100% not pushy and made the overall experience very pleasant. Highly recommend this store ☺

Everyone at dreams were lovely. Leanne was so wonderful with helping with our son when we looked for our perfect mattress. Leanne was so warm and friendly and went above and beyond with guiding us and helping us find the right mattress.

Time taken by Kelly to look at all options including bed type, mattress type, payment options etc. She was welcoming, offering refreshments and taking a genuine interest in what I wanted as a customer. I was offered to try the beds for comfort and even a pillow thrown in for good measure. Excellent service. Thank you.

From the minute I set foot in your Merthyr store I was greeted with warmth and friendly staff. The process of choosing the right bed and mattress was easier thanks to the expertise of Kieran and his unwavering patience and guidance. I am happy that I will finally have a good nights sleep. We were helped from the moment we entered the store and guided to what we now hope is a perfect mattress. Everything was explained very clearly by Lianne and we were even offered a coffee or tea. It just could not have been easier to make our selection.

Kelly the assistant is brillant welcoming and helpful with the purchasing. We had a lay on this bed and it scan our bodies it was brillant it pick which was the best option to go for our mattress type. Definitely recommend dreams and expecially like to thank Kelly for all the help in store!

The young gentleman Kieran was very polite offering us tea/coffee he put us on the virtual bed then showed us the equivalent mattress which we purchased in all a very nice way to buy

When we walked into the store we were a bit overawed by the size and choice available but Amey came across and welcomed us, offered us refreshments and put us at our ease. We explained our requirements and she took over. Took us over to the "test bed" and then to the suitable items. Having made our choices, we were taken through the paperwork. We declined the further offer of refreshments and completed the formalities. Amey provided us with a personel, polite and professional experience. 10/10

We used the sleep machine to check which type of mattress would be best for us, only takes a couple minutes.

I visited the Merthyr Tydfil store and was served by Kieran who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, informative and patient. Kieran did not put any pressure on me purchasing a bed and gave me options on my purchase and alternative payment options. Kieran allowed me to browse the beds in store at my own leisure and offered me a hot or cold beverage while I was looking. I hope this review gets back to the Merthyr Tydfil store and more importantly gets back to Kieran and his manager as he definitely deserves more than a box of chocolates.
