Love this shop, it has been like my second home for the past few months whilst decorating. And just love the Valspar paint mixing 😀

I popped in for some screws and the staff were really friendly. Can't fault them on their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism.

Knowledgeable staff that are always happy to assist. The only issue encountered was with the self-checkout kiosks, which malfunctioned occasionally.

Excellent service of click and collect

Just been into store the gentleman on the paint counter was so helpful nothing was too much trouble mixed two paints pots for me and gave advice on different finishes of paint.

Great experience today. It is a huge store as most B&Q's are, there's pretty much anything DIY you wish to buy. Today I had a help from Stephen who kindly found the right cement mix for me and Pauline P who helped me get the best offers for all the paints and brushes I was trying to purchase. Thank you.

Good size warehouse with plenty of parking spaces. They even have larger parking spaces for trade vehicles although some thoughtless car drivers use them also. Wheelchair access is available and they seem to sell everything you need to renovate your home, except mirrored tiles.

Falsely marked items that in the interest of public relations were honored by supervisors... recommend Durham... but not my home town one in stockton on tees...

Visited b&q Durham today, fantastic service from Joe who had been on checkout but helped me get a trolley for compost and even put the bags in the car for me as I had my little one in the pushchair. Very friendly staff going above and beyond! Thank you!

Fab staff and always have what we have needed to now. Not too big, the perfect size store. Our go to for any DIY supplies around Durham.

Very good it's a one-stop shop for everything you could need

Needed dado rail mdf sorted wasn't going to buy the pine too many bends and imperfections. Also saw wallpaper that is definitely going on stairs over 39 pound cheaper than a online shop and it was the same . Happy days BNQ saved the day again

Visited B& Q a lot recently. Friendly staff who are very knowledgeable. Love their wallpaper aisle. They have everything you need for household jobs. Also have a key cutting machine which was excellent

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's also one of the safest places I have been to shop in this area. All the trolleys and baskets are sanitised before you use them and customers are gently reminded of the 2metre rule when appropriate. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that is still apprehensive about going shopping.

Needed a tin of furniture paint which was out of stock in all the stores near me ,was at durham today so thought I would ask about it as they didn't have it either she checked stock and said consett had it it's about 40 minutes away from us ,she said she lived at consett and would get it for us the next day and bring it to Durham shop for us then about 2 hours later she rang and said she had the paint someone had brought ig down a great big thanks to Shirley for her smazing customer service 😀 your a star 👌👌👌
