Incredible range of products, including organic/vegetarian, for the size of the store. Much of it Co-op brand. Fresh veg, too. Post office is fine as long as you stay up-to-date on its opening times. They are often overworked and understaffed so some patience needed. In summary, very glad this is just a few minutes walk away, I find stuff in here you’d expect to have to go to Greenlife or Morrisons to get.

Great little convenience store with lots of different chocolate options I haven't seen in much bigger shops.
They have a good range of Montezuma chocolate bars as well as a good selection of vegan options and flavours including Booja-Booja.
Everything seemed pretty reasonably priced for a local store too - definitely worth a ganders if you are passing.

Really nice shop, well, laid out, great Coop products, and staff friendly. Used it most days whilst on holiday this week.

Closes at 5.30pm weekdays! you might well que but they are lovely staff.

Came in with a baby in a pram, then turned to find one of the shop workers roughly lifting/ moving my pram with baby inside. I know prams are a pain and I would have gladly (and apologetically!) moved it if she had asked/ told me I was in the way, but I didn't agree with her response, baby could have been asleep/ fragile etc. Other staff friendly but won't be going back.

Regret using this post office every time. A single post office worker going incredibly slow with multiple e-commerce sellers sending sacks of individual items.

Ecom sellers should be made to wait while people with simple tasks (mine was a preprinted label drop off) are allowed through. Was a 30 minute wait for a 5 second drop off.

Visited here as I was on holiday and was disappointed as they dont take cash as a payment which is a legal tender and taking away my choice so I never purchased anything and wont be going back until they change this policy but they had a tin for tips so wasn't quite sure how you can tip if you dont except cash😤

I am trying and failing to come up with the words to summarize the negligent incompetence if this post office. I have an urgent set of documents to send to Germany. They take my nearly £45 to send there in 2 days. When I actually ask them if they want senders and recipients phone details they say 'no'. The next morning I get it delivered back to me because they have filled in NONE of the necessary forms (which did need the phone numbers they said they didn't need). And then I have to dash to Totnes and pay another £45 to get it done properly / by a post office you can trust before the last possible collection time to get the documents where they have to be.
Do not trust these people. Use the Totnes post office if you need to do anything that matters (used Totnes several times, always been very good)

First visit since Covid...wanted some lunch ...small cafe full up ...
Shame the larger cafe had disappeared 😕
