Fantastic! Just as great as expected from Waitrose! High quality products, lots of staffed check outs, friendly helpful staff, a pleasure to go shopping here.
Sharing lots of pics here, specially when coming from overseas like me, photos helps a lot to give an idea of what we can find in at the supermarkets in another country, how much things cost, so we can be prepared, and it's just fun to see all different products and variety.

A lovely and friendly service from Suzie S both today and a few week’s back. Sue was kind enough to gift wrap my flowers for the perfect finish and to make my gift that extra bit special. A lovely soul and an asset to the business.

The staff were very polite and helpful found the product I was looking for the price surprised me I thought it would more expensive. I was very pleased and surprised by my visit as a friend had told me it was posh shop and expensive. So I have always avoided the store as I am not posh. I only went because I had a waitress coupon. I'm very glad I did and will be using the store again.

Went in looking for safety pins as we had a slight wardrobe malfunction. Unfortunately, they do not sell safety pins. However, the staff went above and beyond looking in the drawers at customer service to find something we could use. Thank you so much for your kindness and help.

Good choice of produce and not as expensive as you might think. friendly helpful staff - especially the lady that helped me choose ice cream :) Can be nippy in there at times but no biggie.

Small but perfectly formed Waitrose. Get most things here. Car park a bit tight.

Not big, so don't expect to find everything, but what you find will be the best possible option. All is quality here, even the own brands. So, a great taste experience. Note that what your mouth enjoys usually is not linked to what your wallet enjoys, cheap prices and offers. Overall, very good, not that much varied, and expensive (although there are occasional offers).

Friendly staff and rarely have any stock issues.
My daughter loves the deli counter and there us also a fresh fish & meat counter there aswell as a bakery.
A lot packed into a relatively small store!

Waitrose have extremely professional and assisted myself with my parking charge notice due to me been late by a few minutes for circumstances out of my control. Thank you Waitrose for assisting me with this.

Top quality produce and things you just don't find in other supermarkets. I always call in for special things such as bread flour, tea / coffee selection, beers and wine, cheeses. There is a good in-store bakery, and a deli counter with cheese and cold meats. There is plenty of parking on site, with easy access to the rest of Harborne high street. There is plenty of disabled spaces and carer/child spaces. You can use the store to collect John Lewis online orders.

Love it here, always find what I need, their own Waitrose products are not that expensive, so you won’t always spend a lot of money, vegs are expensive though.

High quality get what you pay for. Carries things that other supermarkets don't. Some bargains.Good car park for 90 mins only. Free coffee is back and lower prices on some

Very lively stor, staff is really polite and helpful. there is a wide variety of produce to chose from and they have quite a lot of interesting things on clearance or offers. Also the milk is amazing especially the organic whole milk would 100© recommend it.

I usually shop here as its quite convenient for me to walk down. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Like to sit down and have a cup of coffee after my shopping. Good range of fresh organic fruits and vegetables. Desserts from here are delicious. Highly recommended shopping here isn't that expensive!!!

Lovely shop, excellent value for the quality of the food & flowers! The staff are really friendly and always happy to help as well, especially at the welcome desk for click and collect!

Came here to collect John Lewis order. Checked in online before arrived so parcel already waiting. Pleasant staff. Nice clean well stocked store.

Went with a list - returned home with everything ticked off. Clean, well arranged store stocking the more unusual (e.g. porcini paste) alongside everyday staples. And produce is competitively priced.

Use waitrose regularly, staff are always friendly and helpful. Good selection of wines, beers and food.
