Recently ordered 2 items at separate times from a merch store related to my favorite band. I live in the US, so I expect there to be some time between order, shipment, and receipt. All items arrived perfectly and in good packaging.

No complaints. Been buying my Slayer clothes here through their site for some years now and i always got my packages within a week. Top service.

Great service, package was lost because of dutch mail, received a new item without any issue. Thanks Steven in particular for the great service! ;)

There are many negative reviews that really put me off, after just buying a vinyl from this store. However to be honest I was actually surprised. Yes, they indeed do not provide tracking, however as promised it did arrive in exactly one week in perfect condition. So perhaps some people had bad luck, thankfully mine went smoothly...

Order arrived within 3 weeks, very well packaged and all magazines in pristine condition. Good communication by email after misleading info on site stating that orders hope to be sent within 24 hours. I was very pleased eventually, so I would buy from them again, as long as you are prepared to wait a bit.

A few tips when ordering from BSI.
Pay for tracking. They don’t do it automatically, and have an enormous array of time of when your item could arrive if you’re in the USA. (10 days to 12 weeks!)
The confirmation email tells you to install an app called Shop by Shopify. The amount of permissions it asks to read a lot of your email account information is overwhelming and I’d advise using a temporary junk email if you absolutely need to do this when you order.

Item arrived, but it sure was a learning experience ordering from this merchant. I’m happy I got the item, but not very likely I’ll but from them again.

Package arrived and hadn't been sealed so one item was missing completely, contacted customer services but took a week to get back to us. However, when we eventually got a call back, it was sorted quickly and thank you to Steve for helping us out immediately in a very friendly manner!

Ordered a few items from the coldplay.com store in November. Was planning to gift my family and friends some official Coldplay merch because some of us are going to the concert and thought it would be a great gift. The Christmas delivery deadline was around December 7th and I ordered well before that. The shipping cost was around 20-30 euros, but that was okay considering the order was 150~ in total. The delivery date was delayed, but at first was completely fine with that. Again later they kept on delaying the dispatch date until the order was set to arrive well after the holidays. Cancelled the order completely, I did receive my money back, but the back and forth with BSI was unpleasant to say the least. Then after that they accidentally (??) sent out the goods after receiving my refund? Not sure what to expect now. It is really quite sad that many artists have this unrepresentative distributor in their shadow doing a very bad job at selling official merch.

Awful service! I pre-ordered a The Clash hoodie through the bands official site. I waited... When the package eventually arrived I opened it to find that it was a T-shirt, not a hoodie, in a different design and a different size!
When I contacted them I had to take photos to prove that I was telling the truth! I was asked to send it back, and that they would refund me the postage costs. That was 12 days ago. The hoodie finally arrived last night, after many chasing emails from myself. Still no sign of my postage refund.
Avoid this company.
If you represent a band DO NOT outsource your merch to them. They will trash the name and reputation of your artist!

Ordered some Harry Styles merch which at the time said “2-3 days standard delivery” then after a week of the item not even being dispatched I emailed them and they said supplier issue. 2 weeks later I chased again and they told me to not email again if it was regarding the delivery. It has now been a month and the item which was a gift has never been dispatched! Why have the item up for sale if they are not available!!

Very rarely write a bad review but must this time to warn people not to buy from here. Ordered a digital download in order to more directly support the artist rather than streaming via a music service and it took 4 days for the download link to be emailed to me. For a download link for mp3s. I tried cancelling the order within 45 minutes of purchasing when I realised delivery wasn't immediate, but they refused.

Awful services. I definitely won't be ordering nothing managed by them. I ordered a vinyl, the shipment was delayed with 2 months. And selected tracked shipping, as the order was international. They sent it untracked. Now, my vinyl is lost in the anals of the Romanian post office, with absolutely no way of finding out where it is and if it has arrived. They offered no solution for this, reshipping or something, they didn't even try to fix the situation for the shipment to be tracked. I am even asking for specific details of where it was sent from, and Isla, from customer service perhaps has a target of emails per month, because she simply doesn't provide me the details I need. Or she is incapable of comprehending. I paid a lot of money and doubt I will receive my package or my money back. Awful customer service, I suggest to avoid them. I can't manage to understand how artists can work which such a terrible service.
