Great shop, staff are always happy to help you no matter how many questions you have. I now only use these guys due to my other visits to stores that weren't helpful what so ever. It's nice to be able to sit down and have a chat whilst buying. Cheers guys see you all soon.

My local vape store, I use the strood branch often too. Won’t use any other vape shop. The guys in there are helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. Lots and I mean LOTS of variety in there, loads of juices to choose from (BIG BOLD is one of there own and it’s personally my favourite). Really nice store, nice people that work there and there’s nothing bad to say about them. They have a handy loyalty scheme too.

These guys (and girls) are very knowledgeable and friendly. They don't rush you out the door once purchase is made - it's a very sociable atmosphere. Check out their loyalty scheme too!

I have visited this store twice now and have found staff to be friendly and approachable. My most recent visit I needed alot of advice as I believe my vape fluid/vape was causing me inner ear inflammation. Ezjay was kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Ezjay enabled me to continue vaping by selecting products that were vegan and more natural, as to stop the irritation I was experiencing. Ezjay was so helpful and I was super grateful. Knows his stuff! Knows his products!

After being sold a device from a highstreet stall that didn't really work for me, I did some research and went to this shop and met Matthew and he showed me a few devices that would suit my needs, there was a huge range for whatever your needs and he showed me the correct juices to use for the device I chose and Big Bold came out on top and is a great one for newbies like myself, he set everything up for me professionally and said I could come back anytime if it goes wrong and he will sort it for me, he also said he would keep me informed by email on the new modles coming in that would be suited for my needs, perfect customer service and device all round 😀

I went in today to find a new vape as I would like to switch from smoking. I previously used a Drag Mini and it was too complex and confusing for me. I wanted something simple that also gave the same affect as smoking. The gentleman that helped me was very informative and talked me through everything and I wasn’t left confused or undecided like you can in other vape stores. Huge variety of juice and flavours, vapes and disposable vapes too. I would highly recommend this store, the best I’ve been to! Thanks very much again for your help :)
