An absolute life saver. My phone was saying no SIM and they sorted me out. So thankful

David was absolutely amazing, he took a great deal of time finding us the best deal available, he was helpful, knowledgeable and above all a very lovely & likeable man, we were only browsing but if it hadn't been for him we would have stuck with our current phone provider and carried on spending an extra £14 a month for the same kind of deal, the whole experience was exceptional and all the staff seem to really have a fantastic chemistry and enjoy their job. We love the new honor 90 phone and will definitely be back when my partner and kids contracts are due for renewal, Ps David has the patience of a saint when it comes to trying to get a PAC code from a rival company. Great job all round and I highly recommend this store.

We found all the staff very friendly and ready to help. We were served by Frankie who was in training and David the manager . We were not rushed and had everything explained to us fully. We really felt listened too. We left with exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend 👌 Thank you so much

I have been with Three for well over a decade and the service has always been very good.
Most recently upgraded my phone and the staff were excellent, especially David who was a delight to talk with and went above and beyond to make sure the phone I wanted, which was out of stock, eventually made it into my hands

I couldn't reccomend them enough.

So happy with the service I received whilst upgrading with my mum here a couple of days ago. Only 2 members of staff but they were very friendly, very patient, and helped my mum to setup her phone. Would definitely recommend!

They have been really brilliant in helping to sort out my new Galaxy A51 phone.
It lock me out, this morning so I couldn't even call them to make an appointment.
So I just turned up and they sorted every thing. They even linked my old phone up to the new one so I now have both phones working off the same, SIM card.

I am sorry for not remembering the young man's name, but he sold me a phone a few weeks back. I asked for a simple phone that does the basics. I'd like to thank him for actually listening to me and gave me exactly what I asked for without the sales pitch. Thanks mate, the phone is a blinder! 😉
