Staff very friendly, good variety of products and to counteract a nonsense review about not being covid safe. Been most weeks since lockdown and always someone on front desk, never more than a few people in store at any one time.

I like this shop it's nice and little fair prices and nice staff it handy to have when you are on a raid trip coz there is a coster for cheap

Well stocked. Friendly staff. Hot food is sometimes empty.

A fine establishment. Staff are always really friendly and they generally have everything I need. Would love some more gluten-free food and also veggie options (e.g some veggie sausages, gluten fre bread etc).

I'm sorry but cigarettes up 3 times in 4 weeks and to be told the government tells you what to do ,you put them up before the budget on stock that was already purchased it's pure theft and to be told government tells you what to do is a really pure excuse,I'm sorry haven't seen rishi in monkseaton implementing this , you have lost all credibility in this village now sorry

Workers aren’t friendly at all and when I asked if I could buy the 5p bag separately with a 5p cook he shook his head in disgust and was extremely moody. better off going to sainsburys.

Staff OK store opens at 07.00 in shop at 07.25 only to be told no hot food for 45 minutes plus don't advertise things if it is only for certain times stipulate times
