I bought a pre-owned Xbox 360 from the CEX website and received a dirty product with faulty accessories. I took it to Merthyr CEX to return it where the staff were fantastic, helpful and knew their stuff. They replaced my order with a clean model that had been fully play tested. It works an absolute treat. Would definitely recommend using this store

The staff here are polite and helpful. I sold my phone here and received the money the same day which was awesome. Cex offers lots of products ranging from DVDs, game consoles, to phones. Most products here seem good value too.

Wanted to go a little old school with some game tec and save a little ££ rather than buying a nintendo switch, or latest Xbox etc..
Also not being the best when it comes to modern tech, the staff/team at this shop were FANTASTIC. Very helpful, polite with clear explaination of what is what making us,feel more than comfortable. ( Also lot of laughs during, good sense of humour,which always a bonus.)

I had great service from a young lady in the store Saturday 7th, thank you! I needed an N64 game from the window, I was a bit concerned about the label getting roughed up in my bag, but I didn't want the CEX drawstring bag because it's a bit much for a small cart. The lady did an incredible job wrapping up the cartridge in 2 bubble bags and a paper bag, I was super impressed to the effort she went to, thank you! It was especially handy what she had done because later in the afternoon I had gone for a big walk and the rain was terrible, I quite enjoyed it and had my waterproofs but my bag (even with it's waterproof protector) got a bit wet and the CEX paper bag ended up getting a damp in the end, but because of those the bubble bag it no doubt kept my label from getting damp. Thank you!
