The team in the Chandlers Ford beach are knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and always happy to see our puppy!

We saw the most lovely, informative & friendly member of staff when we visited Chandlers Ford winter of 2023. Someone like her is the reason why you'd choose to go back into a pet store. She had short blondish curly hair - speak with her if you can about purchases!

I took Lulu into Pets Corner in Chandlers Ford to get her a new harness. India was amazing and helped us choose the colour and made sure that the fit was perfect! I think Lulu is very happy with it (and so am i!) 💛💛💛

I am writing to express our gratitude for all the help and advice Tracy gave us on the 28th December. We were picking up our new puppy the next day and we obviously needed a few basic items for her. Tracy was very knowledgeable and put our minds at ease. we also went back on the 2nd January and spoke to India who again was so knowledgeable and she was able to answer all the questions we asked her. All in all we had a pleasurable experience at your Chandlers Ford branch and will be returning and recommending this branch to our friends who have pets.

Puppy play hour on a Saturday morning was great for my dogs development and to learn to socialise with other dogs of different sizes, staff are reslly helpful and knowledgable in all topics. Would recommend!!

PetsCorner staff are always the most helpful & kind. Whilst not the cheapest pet store their customer service and advice makes it a definite worth while visit. Keep doing what you’re doing - thank you ☺

Really helpful staff in this store who greeted us when we arrived and asked if we needed any help. As New Guinea pig owners, they showed us where the Guinea pig section was, explained all about the products, gave us a leaflet which had a handy checklist on and offered more help if it was needed. As we were paying they also printed out a special information page about diet and veg allowances.
They were really knowledgeable about keeping this type of pet but extra helpful in terms of supporting us as new Guinea pig owners.
They are always helpful when we shop for hedgehog food and dog food and are always really pleasant and welcoming. Lovely store.

I've taken my kitten into them multiple times and they are so welcoming and so lovely. They've helped a bunch with questions I've had and all round the atmosphere is so calm, collected and relaxing. My kitten definitely enjoyed her time there and I can't wait to bring her in more! Chelsea seems to always be there when I pop in, big appreciation for all her hard work and welcoming smiles!

Staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. They are happy to advise on what you need, rather than go with the 'hard sell' (and our pup always gets a treat or two!). There's a good range of stock and they also sell online. We used their free puppy socialisation sessions which are well run with knowledgeable staff, and also a great way to meet other owners.
Very useful to have a decent pet shop so central in Chandler's Ford!

Friendly and warm welcoming staff , lots of variety to choose and good advice too.
Waggy tail from the dog as soon as arrive aswell.

I love the advice from this store. My cats just love the Pet Teezer brush they recommended. It gives them a massage as well as removing lots of fur. I'll definitely keep shopping here.

Called into Petscorner in Chandlers Ford earlier today and spoke with a very well informed lady about our cat ( kitty) on her nutritional diet problems. The lady informed us about various brands of cat food and their benefits to kitty. Overall we, as novices to cat feeding, were very impressed with all the help and support we received today. Once again many thanks.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Attended puppy hour with our puppy, she thoroughly enjoyed it and massively benefited from the socialisation.

My Wife and I regularly take our 2 year old KC Cavalier Winnie into Pets Corner . All the staff are welcoming and Knowledgeable and make a fuss of her. Tracy in particular is Winnie’s favourite . They stock a good range of toys and treats. Everything you would need to keep your pampered pooch happy

Our puppy loved her sessions in puppy club, she went from a timid shy pup to an outgoing and playful one. Fantastic advice from staff, and good to get support from other puppy owners. Store discount during the session is an added bonus.

Everyone in this store is soo helpful and polite. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile. They were very informative with what we needed to know. I would def go back again :)
