Bay Leaves Larder

It is a very nice place in a very quiet town with very minimal shops. The food here is delicious but the 4 is due to the Costs of food. A bit pricey for average costs however if it's worth it is very debatable. Everyone there is very friendly and give a personalized service at times.

A really lovely coffee shop, cafe and larder. They sell all manner of sweets and treats, cakes and bakes. There’s also a coffee shop and cafe with comfy seating. We stopped by today for coffee and cake - the cinnamon bun with pistachio was really good and they have great vegan options too. Friendly helpful staff and the savoury options - soup, jacket potatoes and so on - looked delicious. Very nice!

Friendly local cafe with loads of food and drink options to eat in or take away. We only had sweet things - the cinnamon buns were great, especially the custard type one. Lots of vegan cakes as well. The coffee was tasty too. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Bay Leaves Larder is a welcoming cafe / coffee shop, with the nicest team always smiling and an asset to anyone's business.. being a contractor and having worked here personally... by far the cleanest kitchen I've seen in a commercial environment for over 20 years..such great food and good energy.. I would eat there anyday.. the food is amazing too

Despite my feelings on the upcoming 'Coronation', I will say that the Bay Leaves Larder's Coronation Chicken special was absolutely delicious and was worth the £8.95 price tag.

Sarah and Claire, provided a lovely afternoon tea for my mother's funeral last week. There was an ample selection of finger cut sandwiches, cakes and scones. The food was delicious and throughly enjoyed by all.
I would recommend them.

Lunch with my mum my at Bayleaves today. The staff are brilliant, there was a lady behind the food counter that treated an elderly gentleman in such a kind way. Making time to chat to him, helping him to a seat and treating him like he was one of their family.
Food was delicious, we can recommend the sandwiches, soups and cakes! So lovely to have somewhere my mum can walk to which has friendly service and good food.

Such a lovely deli and coffee shop in Chandle's Ford. Sarah and team are very welcoming and they offer a great variety of high quality local products. Their sausage rolls are the best! I highly recommend a visit if you have never been there before, you won't be disappointed.

Came by this morning with my two young daughter's. Staff so friendly, very willing to accommodate for my eldests allergies. Food and drink wonderful

This place is so lovely. The coffee was amazing, the staff and the general vibe was top notch - great coffee house to relax and catch up with friends!
Its worth noting that they also have a small deli & community shop attached which sells yummy local produce, too tempting to resist for me!

So close to perfection but I have to give the "Bay Leaves Larder" 5 stars as 4 wouldn't be enough. The smallest of changes required and one is down to my sensitive taste buds. If the plates could be warmed and some tomato puree added to the baked beans to remove the taste of the tin, perfection would be achieved. A nice upgrade to the breakfast would be to have sourdough toast as an option. We have been trying to find a local place serving local produce for a great breakfast and so far this place tops the bill.

I took some friends for a traditional high tea in the afternoon. The table was reserved and beautifully set up with fine china, cups and saucers and fresh brewed tea. An amazing and beautiful display of various finger sandwiches prepared in the traditional manner.
Also came with fresh baked scones, thick filled strawberry jam and fresh looted cream. There was even a third layer with home made shortbread biscuits and the most delightful coffee and walnut cup cakes which were light and fluffy. If you want a traditional first class Tea/Coffee for any occasion then it has to be the place.

On a school morning, this place is basically the cafe from Motherland. Dogs allowed inside and there are a few tables outside where you can drink coffee and watch cars.

Fantastic atmosphere. Cosy and Comfy coffee shop. They sell Lots of locally produced products. Some local crafts for sale. Somewhere to catch up with good friends. I will be back xx

A really superb place run by the excellent Sarah and her fantastic team! Always excellent service and delicious food! And they make the BEST gift hampers! Five stars!!!!!

What a great place for a Friday night supper. Great that it's in walking distance so you can have a sneaky drink or two. Very friendly staff. Will definitely go again.
