Screwfix asked for a review and then declined it, so here it is:
"Out of date Alcohol Free Hand sanitiser.
Ordered click and collect, went to pick up the 4 I had ordered, all 6 months past the expiry date, they checked the shelves, they were all out of date, despite just arriving in the store. They tried to tell me the expiration date meant you could still use it for a year past that date, "because you can with paint". They put them back on the shelves despite being out of date and in completely different bottles. Usually Screwfix are absolutely brilliant, but I wasted fuel on not just one trip to get there, but a return trip, because luckily I noticed before I got out the van, so had to return them, in rush hour, in the pouring rain, wasting yet more fuel!"
And my wheelchair got soaking wet!

Love Screwfix, usually greeted with a smile, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful staff, love the app most things are in stock, or delivered in a day or two, ordering online or through the app, with store collection saves a lot of time, on the majority of things they are the cheapest, I always check with other local similar stores.

It's very small but it is wheelchair accessible.

I highly recommend screwfix to everyone, for their great service, great products, great prices, great product knowledge, availability of stock etc, and their app makes it so easy to find what you need, order in seconds, usually texts to let you know its ready for pick up within minutes, very impressed by Screwfix.

A Master class in efficiency! Order and pay online, collect in store within 5 minutes. ( would have taken at least 30 minutes in B&Q: if they had the stuff in stock!!)

Love this place! Reasonably priced, staff are friendly and knowledgeable and their social distancing measures works well.

I usually use the click and collect service, and have had to return something; super easy! They make it easy to buy what you need, and you feel confident that if you change your mind it's easy to bring back.

This is a good place to get all sorts of hardware bits and bobs more cheaply than you can get them over the road at B&Q. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The car park at the front is small, but I've never had problems finding a space. Because the store is small, I'm generally in and out in five minutes.

Very good I share them with another supplier OPPOSITE,if one has not got what you want the other will have.

Was served by a really friendly helpful lady this morning and because I think she went above & beyond I got everything I needed for my job. She took the time to listen and make good suggestions.

Close to home, simple traffic run, confirmed items in stock via web site, staff keen to serve, 5 minutes total in store, very competitive prices, one more job off the wife's list. Brownie points in the pot

Screwfix is an awesome supplier. I've never had anything but 5 star customer service, whichever branch that I've been in. When I've had a hiccup with some goods, they have been extremely supportive in getting it sorted. Price is generally extremely competitive.

Used this several times lately. Very easy to order online and collect in store. Only once had to wait for longer than a minute or two

Really helpful staff that managed the covid lockdown really well. They were helpful and very polite and made my very short wait pleasant and it was sunny too and I'm sure they arranged that.

Really Friendly happy staff, Quick service and can even park right outside. Good selection of stock and good prices... Excellent!

Didn't get what I needed but the staff were very helpful advising the correct screw I needed that didn't come with my flat pack furniture
