Went in to buy a couple of things as presents , had an excellent experience and was really impressed by the knowledge and patience the staff showed. Got what I wanted and left happy. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Just wanted to say how impressed I was yesterday 2nd October afternoon. I needed a phone and was served by a lovely young lady called Mandi, she took the time to find me a phone within my budget and made sure that it was suitable and it was complete with the proper charger. Nice hassle free service.

Great company but one big problem :- The shop are unable to tell you how much money you may have on your loyalty card ? So how can you redeem the card ?

Very friendly and helpful staff here. My experience with cex is always good. You can find great deals here with 2 year warranty as well which is applicable all over the world. That's awesome! I bought a laptop from here and the product is as good as new.
I personally feel if you want bang for the buck deal you should exchange and buy products from here. Which will save more money. Overall experience is fantastic.

Very,very helpful staff and a very clean store in every way. Reliable products that carry a guarantee and the store is clearly laid out. If I could give 5 stars I would especially the way the Asian chap is with my disabled son. Avoid cash converters and think CEX, you will not regret it.

Staff helpful and friendly. Prices might be more than online but they have bricks and mortar stores. Can't beat cex for walking in and walking out trading quickly, not waiting for ebay etc.

Good prices considering you get a 2 year guarantee on everything. You could probably sell your stuff for a bit more privately but it's so convenient to sell and buy in the one transaction.
