Great shop with all you need, it's too small for its demand and they can't seem to stock up quick enough making it very difficult to navigate the store which can be off putting.

The car park is a knightmare with spaces often taken by those useing the pool.

Staff work extremely hard to make the shopping experience the best they can and do a very good job. Keep an eye on the prices not everything is cheaper then other supermarkets

Such a helpful and friendly team-can do attitude and Ash in particular went above and beyond. Thank you, will definitely shop there again when in the area.

Good prices,good value,reasonable range..but not a wide enough range of goods to shop only here. Some of the range of goods change occasionally. No toilet in store, but there is one in a nearby car park.
Has recently been updated, with prices to match, but still better value than other local supermarkets. The new self-service checkouts are a boon..

Good small store. Could be a bit tight when busy but perfect for a little town like Ross on Wye. Friendly staff and relatively tidy shop.

Great staff and atmosphere

Aldi above and beyond. Had a slight accident on entry to Aldi Ross on Wye. Tore my jacket sleeve on a metal plant rack. Spoke to the Duty Manager Robyn. First class customer skills and very professional. Went out of her way to sort the problem out. Worthy of mention is chris another duty manager who too was excellent. . I received full compensation for the damaged coat. Aldi can be proud of such understanding and caring staff. Thank you Aldi.

Can't fault it. Easy parking .. friendly staff and great choice of food to buy and other bargains too..! Husband loves the work wear and grandchildren love the treats I get them..! Happy shopper here...! Thankyou.

Love this store. Friendly team who help with any query, lovely young blonde lady on pick & collect was happy to help myself & other customers. The manager was very informative & happy to help too
