Screwfix Yaxley

Does what it says on the tin. Not sure about reviews mentioning moody or grumpy people. Perfectly pleasant. Ordering online and collecting is as easy as any other Screwfix. Stock does seem somewhat slim, but I don’t think that’s down to this branch alone.

Friendly, convenient. Parking is a bit odd, especially if the neighbouring businesses have deliveries as this is an industrial area.

They gave me advice regarding a Grass Cutter I purchased. They helped me choose one that was better for what i needed & exchange it and because the item was cheaper. I received a refund.

This morning I went in to pick up an order and was served by Sean and Lewis, these gents were really helpful and welcoming and up for a bit of banter. Could not fault their customer service skills at all. Lewis was kind enough to open the door for me as I left. These 2 were keen to answer all my questions and give me advice.

Opening hours are super convenient and location is great for those on the industrial estate.

Parking is a bit hit and miss as they only have a few spaces but generally not that busy.

Great customer service. WC Bolts not in stock as stated on the website or there system. 2 members of staff on the trade counter found the perfect alternative, which got me out of a right pickle! walked away a very happy customer!

I'm not local but use screwfix where I live. I needed some safety boots for work and knew the best and simplest place was a Screwfix. I googled the nearest site hit directions and 15 mins later I was there. I saw the boots kn display which most designs were in stock I was motivated by comfort and didn't need the most expensive there not a frequent use item so 30 quid and I was done. Superb service and as I have an account at home I was easy to find for my digital receipt for my expenses claim and I was called out by name rather than a ticket number or something else less interesting. Love screwfix always like the staff perfect.

Been here a few times now, and like any other screwfix you can get anything you need that lasts at a half decent price. Never an issue at this one and always had fast service too
