Convenient Shop

Positive:

They have got rid of the £5 minimum spend limit, this was not convenient when using the store, which defeats the purpose of a convenience shop, welcome change

Staff are helpful when asked where items are located

Normally you will find many of the same item with different prices which gives choice

Negatives :

Prices are very high, i will sometimes walk to Aldi to avoid the price hike

Some items have no label for the price, when you get to the till you feel to embarrassed to put the item back, especially if there is a queue

Sometimes you’ll find two people at the till but only one serving

Like others, my overall satisfaction with this corner shop / convenience shop is negative

Because they did not let us return a Broken item and the employee was being rude

This shop is consistently bad vibes. A local shop for a local community and let's be real - it's not in the most affluent area. But still:
- minimum £5 spend on card, even post-covid as we are moving towards a cashless society. The shop assistant will also argue about their apparently exorbitant transaction charge which either a. isn't true or b. they could negotiate a much better deal with their PDQ provider. I have worked in retail - I know.
- bought a pack of bacon from there once and maggots hatched on it
- charging way over the odds for american novelty sweets and candy
- just quibbled with an assistant as an item was more expensive at the till when scanned although the shelf label is at a lower price. Thankfully she found it in her heart to let me off a penny.

It's giving greed. Copeland Nisa is not like this at all. You don't have to squeeze the last penny out of every single customer. Avoid.

Always short change me and when confronted they deny. They sell out of date food. Prices are ridiculous
