First time coming here even though I've known about the place for years, needed a small purchase for a very specific item for our shop. Still, the customer service was exceptional and got exactly what I needed straight away. Great to have such a resource in Richmond and will be back 👍

Went in for a specific item. Didn't realise they still have such a large variety of items. Trade orientated, but welcome domestic customers. Staff friendly and helpful.
