I think that when you get the reviews that this company has, this is where you go to be dealt with professionally and helpful. Having dealt with the owner fairly frequently over the years both with purchases and advice, I would have no hesitation in me recommending him to anybody. His knowledge and help is exemplary, and today he exceeded all that by repairing my Watch!! So, no need to go anywhere else if your requirements are for technical knowledge or purchasing equipment that he sells, you need go further, Reece is your man.

Absolute life saver! My husband damaged his laptop on a bank holiday. After much stressing, a pointless discussion with PC world & debates about not finding anywhere he found Cricci-Tech. He was very honest with us about the situation, never patronising & was able to come up with a solution at a very reasonable price. I even bought a new phone case while I was in there! A really nice guy who I would happily recommend to anyone.
There is parking which is always a bonus, nearby cafés, shops, pubs & a chippy next door.

Brilliant service. I’m on a working holiday and needed to hook my laptop to the TV screen for a six-day conference. I was not only helped, but told exactly how to use the cable to the hdmi channel - and link up through the tv remote. I was told by a friendly local about this shop and service, “the best in the area”. Spot on!!

Great service and advice. We had an I phone covered in super glue (long story). The guy in store could not have been more helpful and tested a few different options to remove the glue and advised on the best solution.
We also needed a power cable for our speakers which was in stock and very reasonably priced. If you have any tech issues I would highly recommend visiting this store. Thanks.

Absolutely great service and very little cost! A few weeks ago my mums laptop stopped working, and we didn't know if any of the data could be saved. The man in the shop thoroughly talked us through all the options and gave overall great advice for free!
We also managed to buy a new power adapter for an extremely cheap price.
I would always recommend going here if you have any tech-issues!

My iphone 12’s camera had suffered some damage and the man fixed it promptly with a good value for money. He also fitted a screen protector swiftly as well. Highly recommend his services.

Fantastic service. Speedy and efficient. On holiday in Wales and dropped phone on snowdon. I thought it was broke forever. But so helpful and even though I would be going home in 2 days he had it fixed and working within one day like nothing had happened to it. Would highly recommend. Thanks

Following a phone call to the shop the owner opened especially for our visit. His knowledge and service reference a laptop not fully charging given today, 9 Sept 2023, was excellent and informative and impartial. He cannot be be praised enough.

Explained the issue very thoroughly and simply and fixed my dads phone staying behind closing times to make sure it was fixed. Was amazing and now we can use the phone to take photos for the rest of our holiday. Definitely recommend!!

Working in wales and got my iphone absolutely crushed on the job, screen was completely gone. Dude in the shop was a total legend and gave me genuine advice. phone fixed for considerably less than half the apple price, and massively discounted a battery replacement while he fixed the screen. totally recommend, only took 15 mins and i wish it had taken longer cos of the quality chat we were having. after all that my phone is up and running perfectly like new and i’m not financially crippled because of the good price! 5 stars for me, couldn’t ask for anything more.

Very friendly and helpful with advice regarding tablets. A simple error was made with my purchase but this was handled amazingly, very understanding and full refund given as appropriate. If I need tech help and advice in the future and I'm in Criccieth I will go back to Cricci-tech as I trust their advice and most importantly their professionalism.

Had a problem with my phone a virus, I was worried and stressed out , tuck my phone into the shop, the man was really understanding and explained to me what happened, he fixed my phone, killed the virus! fantastic .

As a replacement for the iPhone 6 Plus, we found in this shop a variety of perfect second hands iPhones. The owner knew which one would be the most valuable for our needs and give objective and honest advice and choices with knowledge and clarity. I recommend everyone to see him with any tech issue as the owner will always find a way to solve your problem!
