M&S Outlet

I’ve always found the staff in this outlet to be pleasant and helpful, but today one young lady - Ala- went over and above to help me find the missing part of a two-part item. When that wasn’t possible, she got permission to sell me the part I did have at a discounted price. She was friendly, happy and so professional. What a pleasure she was to deal with - her customer service skills are of the highest. Ala is a credit to your organisation.

I'd had no sleep due to insomnia, hoodie and leggings on, tattoos all over, weird looks off the customers... I was half expecting the same treatment from staff....BOY I WAS WRONG!! Havin to come back an hour later when my body was practically shutting down was worth the wait just to deal with her alone. She is now my new favourite person and I will forever be grateful for how she was with me! Normally people see how I look which is mainly in gym stuff so I'm classed as a "chav" which is far from the truth. I just go to the gym and prefer comfort but this woman, my god this woman made me feel human again!🫶🏼 Even if I did feel like Madonna 🤦🏼‍♀🤣 which was no way her fault! If she reads this she will understand! Either way, that ONE interaction with Margaret has changed my whole outlook on M&S staff, it's the customers that made me feel uncomfortable which is no way their fault. So just for future reference, if I ever ring, or come in lookin dead in gym gear and ask for Maragaret, you better make sure that GOLD PLATED WOMAN is in that shop!!🤣🤣 I will always ring in advance to make sure she is. If she's not in, she deserves a break but I won't enter that store unless she is there! M&S....you have an absolute beauty working for you and you need to make sure she is takin care of as long as she's within your company! And just in general!!

The staff in M&S are always well trained and helpful. Could not find the shorts and assist helped me locate them.
Service at the till good and polite. Nice layout and space to walk around.

Very nice outlet discounted prices compared to the other M&S shops only clothing and fashion here do not be expecting a food isle because there is none

I love to have a good look about and pick up some lovely items.

Phoned the store to ask if they had a specific shirt in stock. Had absolutely zero expectations of it being answered, thought it'd be redirected or I'd get an automated message like most places, but it was and the lady on phone couldn't have been more helpful. They put it aside for me and saved the day!!! Brilliant service.

Good place and a decent price reduction

Prices are good but it's an "outlet"..ie popular sizes not always available but the discounted prices reflect this.. The changing rooms are now open to try on and staff are helpful & friendly..

Not a large store but ok. Situated in a complex if a variety of stores . There are no toilets in the shop so those requiring one would need to go further down to the toilets which t in my experience have always been kept very clean

Do enjoy shopping here, not a great selection for men but some bargains can be found.

Enjoyed the mooch around ..even bought a shower proof coat..good value .x

Clean place lots to choose from friendly staff this place was visited by the best looking lollipopman in the northeast

Some good bargins, but sometimes seeing items that you have purchased a year ago at a greatly reduced price is a bit of a blow!

Large store with usual M&S clothing lines.
No food sold in this M&S. Sale rails have some really good prices. Always worth a look.
