The staff here are friendly and helpful. There is a very good selection of items tinned, fresh, frozen, cards, flowers etc prices can be higher than the big stores but this is to be expected. However every month they have different products on special offer and they are very competitive and quick to be sold there is always something for everyone and you can sometimes get a few of the offers for example yorkshire tea bags and by the time you need them again there on offer again. The shop is wheelchair users friendly and also those who use a stick. The shop is clean and well laid out they still have the sanitizers at the door as well as the screen at the till. There is a cash machine in side the shop. There is no car parking available so it is street parking but this area does not charge for parking.

I sometimes use the cashpoint and just yesterday I mistakenly left a £20 note on the counter. I returned around two hours later and asked the staff if they had seen a purple note floating about the place? They had, and returned it to me. Thank you guys.

Shuts at random times and not open early anymore

Half the time this shop is closed because there isn't enough staff or there is a delivery. When it is open, it really depends which staff are on, as to how you get treated. I go in here a lot and most of the time I get attitude from staff because dropping off or collecting parcels seems to be a massive inconvenience in their lives. Other times I go in there and I'm welcomed and its no problem at all that I have parcels.

Live about 50 meters away, it was raining. We can clearly see what is going on from the kitchen
Window,they closed the doors due to flooding!! Then we noticed they were selling from the door,my partner went over but was told it was cash only! So I went over,maximum one minute later,with cash! The blonde haired youngster who works there told me through the glass door that they were not serving anyone while they were mopping up the water etc..... Absolute lie as we had spent the last ten minutes watching people/friends? Being served. We are or were regular customers and feel completely mugged off. You're either shut or not ....all customers should be treated the same.....very disappointed..

I went to collect a parcel ehich they couldn't find, this I accept as its not their fault. A young checkout person was helpful but the other lady was dismissive, rude and patronising.

Allegedly open 10am - 10pm, but are constantly closed what feels like multiple times a day for hours at a time because of any possible excuse. So unreliable and so much time wasted making attempts to shop at my local "convenience" store.

Absolutely rubbish. Don't bother with this lot. It's supposed to be a local convenience store and 50 - 50 whether it will be open or not. it's later at night when they are most needed that they are at they're most unhelpful. They close to restock , they close to replinish cash point , they close to take a delivery there's nothing they can't do without closing and they locked the door at 9.56 refusing to let me get a bag of sugar so lazy staff who just can't wait to get off. Don't bother. There's plenty more reliable choices close by in sidley. I've sent a complaint to head office but It'll probably go in the nearest bin.

Awful! Telling me my deliveries are not there when they are! Can’t get pushchair round shop because of too many cages scattered in the shop. Staff are bloody rude

Staff are friendly but is often shut when it's meant to be open often full of cages if stock and lots of stock missing as well . Needs to be open the hours it should be and not be doing restocking and deliveries when it's open

Quite possibly the worst management in a shop I have ever seen. The store manager constantly bullies her employees, and if that isn't bad enough she also is very rude to customers. I have numerous examples that I have witnessed, including the time she claimed all over 70s would be unable to shop in 'her' store due to COVID-19, turning away vulnerable elderly who were in desperate need of essential supplies. This was against government guidelines and One Stop themselves, and she is continuously taking it upon herself to create her own rules. I even experienced her shouting at me to stay 2 metres away, despite the fact I was stood outside the shop whilst she was inside! Its no surprise they're always looking for new workers. A terrible store, with an even terrible and deranged manager. Sort it out.

Brought a chicken curry from there the chicken was rock hard and it had stringy bits in it I don’t know wether that is due to their terrible temperatures In there but ill be surprised if I don’t catch food poising or something from that monstrosity I just ate . Wish me luck
