Great experience with Phil, his product knowledge was excellent, with good customer facing skills and a very good understanding of the whole mobile phone market. With his help I'm going to purchase a new phone contract, in the immediate future, or rather when the prices hit the Summer Hols low point. Get in there for a 9.5/10 experience. Well done Merthyr Tydfil EE shop.

Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable and more personal than speaking to someone in a call centre. Spoken to as soon as I entered the store and waited about five mins the first time and 1 min the next. staff remembered me from my previous visit and what phone I had.

Went in to check the latest deals and tech staff are always nice and friendly and shop was clean plus there was plenty of seating

I've alway gone here and the staff have alway been brilliant the store has plenty of space I've had to take a large buggy n little kids in with me not once have they made me feel uncomfortable like other shops have dune. Well dune on this EE store keep up the fantastic work

It's a bit difficult rating phone stores as the prices play a part in people's minds, for me it doesn't so I'm going off service ect. I went there to upgrade and received amazing service I got the phone I wanted easy and simple, the ladies there helped back up my old phone which helped a lot. Overall clean store very friendly staff.
