I believe that the tills were not scanning items therefore the clerk had to put the codes in manually, big cue with angry cashier slamming food down and huffing and puffing, extremely childish

Male staff member was a bit rude and lazy when I asked him did a key get handed in when I knew it was there when I went there for the first time he didn’t check on his headset.then I returned and asked him again he huffed and finally spoke in the headset and then the key was brought out

I had a terrible experience from one of the staffs at Wokingham store, who made a false accusation against me while shopping, I didn't do anything. He accused that he saw that I stole one of the products from the shelf and put it in my shopping bag but It was his mistake, I showed my shopping bag and jacket , it was completely empty. he couldn't find anything. It was a painful experience, he asked it in front of other customer, I was so upset about his attitude against me.
He didn't even apology for me his mistake, he treated me as culprit.
I reported this to the customer service, unfortunately they didn't even get any response from there.

Delivery is aweful. I am paying coop for delivery and they always say have you contacted deliveroo! Just rang to find out where food is and was told I am new so do t know! Happy to take money but not happy to deliver! Absolutely fed up
