Holland & Barrett - Hexham

I've asked staff for assistance several times when I haven't been sure which product would be best. One lady in particular always takes time to listen and to advise which is why I always go back there.

I have shopped here for years, I've never had any problems, infact just the opposite. The staff are extremely helpful, I will continue to shop here!

Well stocked and good covid measures in place. The lady at the till was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful

Well stocked and clean shop. Unfortunately there is a very rude member of staff. Trying to get round the shop during the current circumstances is very difficult as the aisles are very narrow. Doing my best to avoid another customer I was told I was going the wrong way. I explained that I couldn’t get past and was told that ‘I must wait’! in a tone that you might use with a child. Very embarrassing in front of other customers. I will not be returning and will in future shop online.

Apparently you have to show ID to buy 100% whey protein when if you google the age limit you will find there is not an age limit. Staff should be adequately knowledge able about this stuff...
